KPPI's are super important. We all know that. The big mistakes I see are people don't measure them. So that's the first thing you need to measure them. You need to have your data somewhere where you're measuring what those KPIs, they're either activities or outcomes. They've got to be somewhere. The next thing you need to think about is with those KPIs, what are the targets? What are you trying to get people to do? What are we trying to hit? Now? Those could be targets for individuals. They could be targets for teams versus teams. They could be targets for the whole of the company. So you need to think about targets in a different kind of way for each one of them. And then you need to talk about it. You need to wave your hands in the air and you need to point to a TV and go, hey, how we going? And look at it. Need to have progress bars to show people what they're doing. It's a critical part of success, having KPIs, having targets and talking about them all day, every day of how we're going as a team.
