This is a YouTube video titled "Urgency Wins Deals" containing a motivational talk or presentation focused on sales strategies. The speaker emphasizes the importance of creating urgency within a sales team by consistent follow-ups and providing value to customers to close more deals. The content is instructional and aimed at improving sales performance.
You run a sales business and you want to do more deals, it's easy. Just create more urgency with your team and get your team to be more urgent with your customers. So what that means is when you don't follow up with an email or you don't follow up with a call or you do an email and you don't do a call, make sure you do both. Make sure you don't let things disappear for a week or two weeks. Constantly touching someone is creating the urgency and then talking to the prospect to the customer about what the impact's going to be as opposed to I'm just trying to touch base just for the sake of just touching base. Always have a reason and always give value of what you're trying to do to make an impact to that customer. Get urgency in your team. Put stuff on a tv, show them the numbers, get them to push on those numbers. Always push, push, push.
