This is a YouTube video titled "Why is it so hard to train salespeople? 🤔" containing a monologue or talk by a single speaker discussing challenges in training salespeople, emphasizing the importance of follow-up quizzes to ensure understanding rather than just delivering training content.
Why is it so hard to train salespeople? You think you've told them, you think they understand, and yet often they don't. You make a video, they watch it, they say it doesn't happen. I find one of the biggest things is quizzing them. So once you train them, making sure you then have a follow up quiz to really find out did they get it and it's not just a moment. Checking the knowledge is so important rather than just giving it and then hoping it's going to get soaked in. That's my number one tip for training salespeople is sharing, but checking that they actually understand it.
