Some things I think we can all agree on. Same problems, that part hasn't changed, but AI will in fact change it because the answers are going to be so easy to come by. Here's my fear. Right now, I have a product that we sell to restaurants where we manage the receiving function and automate it. We audit the numbers. The only thing they have to do in the restaurants is periodically count what's left And companies won't do it. It's like, I believe there are some people out there, there will always be those seat-of-the-pants operators that kind of know everything that's happening in their restaurants, but I think we all understand they kind of don't. And even though it's so easy to learn what you need to do, people are just naturally resistant to change and control.
