I spend my summers up in Traverse City. There's a Burger King there, so shout out to Burger King. And I don't know if it was pure serendipity or it was actually true. I pulled up and the guy said, hey, I'm sorry you were waiting so long, but the guy before you ordered a chocolate shake and we got it wrong. Do you want it? Of course I want a chocolate shake. So to me, that kind of surprise and delight type of thing, even if it wasn't staged, he knew I was waiting a long time. Made it worth my while. Did I go back? Hell yeah. That's the human stuff that I don't think AI's coming for anytime soon.
