I mean, my whole job was how do you take 18-year-old minimum wage employees and turn them into general managers, their own, you know, CEO of their million-dollar restaurant, right? Like, right. That was our whole world. So I spent my formative years in the trenches with people. People want a sense of purpose. Maybe 50 years ago, everybody was happy to show up and follow a checklist, not think about it. I've done my job and clock out. But today, especially with younger generations, they want to be inspired. They want to be led. They want to be doing something that matters. And if you can show up every day and tell your team why what they're doing matters and why the success of what they're doing matters, that starts a spark that starts a fire that truly leads to the great results that you probably want.
