Smart devices like refrigerators and voice assistants will soon place orders on their own. A fridge could recognize your favorite burger, order it, and have it shipped without you lifting a finger. This shift to autonomous ordering will reshape how people buy things.
Pretty much everyone in the agentic world, think about agentic commerce. It's going to be built in, I think, at a certain moment, wherever you want to, that you can order. Can be your fridge, can be your home automation device. I mean, the promise of telling your voice automation device, hey, give me a burger. You know my favorite, just get it and ship it. That eventually will materialize. And I think that's going to have a big impact.
