In this brief monologue, the speaker outlines a fully automated AI‑driven hiring pipeline that has been run hundreds of times with consistent success. Applicants first complete a DiSC personality assessment, providing a personality profile. The AI then generates customized interview questions aimed at probing both the candidate’s skills and their natural fit for the role. Interviews are recorded, transcribed, and the transcripts are fed back into the AI, which analyzes the combined data (personality, responses, experience) and force‑ranks the candidates, producing a definitive hiring recommendation.

What we do is we ask the AI to craft interview questions that will let us know whether this person has the skills and experience in addition to being naturally predisposed for the role. We then record those interviews and we dump the transcripts for those interviews into the AI, and we have the AI force rank who we should hire based on all of that data.
