General managers say ClearCOGS updates reliably and gives them clear visibility into what's coming. They can't imagine running their stores without it.
This is what's really great about Clearcogs. We have every 4 weeks we do an ops meeting and then I would just kind of pick out of the crowd like, hey, like some GMs, tell me your experience with this because I've walked in your store, I've seen it up and running. And then all of a sudden they want to express, oh my gosh, it works perfectly. It's updating properly. There's visibility to when it's going to update. I can't imagine not having something like this.
