Well, let me ask you this question that I asked some folks. What makes you really angry, like blood-boiling angry? So growing up in hospitality, you know, we were very much a team, a unit. It's very relational. And I would say that we've always operated under this framework of we will adamantly disagree with each other. The thing that probably aggravates me more than anything else is when I think that somebody is working in bad faith, or if I even have to second-guess whether or not they may not be giving their all in a way to sabotage something. I mean, we built it around people and not necessarily positions. But yeah, that's probably the thing that gets me the most. So you really value effort and integrity.
