He said to the group, I mean, there's about 6 other GMs. He said, guys, I think that if you were to look at your dashboards on a daily basis and throughout your busy times, but not only that, but through your slow times, that you guys could adjust your schedules to be better. And some of them were starting to write down some stuff of like, Hey, like we have the tools in front of us. We need to start using them more. And then I asked him afterwards, I'm like, okay, so like, what has it helped you do? And he's like, I literally will look at it throughout the day and then look at my labor percentages and be like, man, I'm at 30% and I can see my labor efficiency is going way down. So he's like, I will talk to people and I will say, hey, Like, you can go home today. And he's like, surprisingly enough, most people are like, yay, I get to go home.
