I have a store here. He's been with us for, I don't know how many years, probably close to 6 or 7 years. We were in a small group and we were discussing, bouncing off ideas about labor and scheduling. And he brought up the idea and I had no idea that this was being used in the store, just by the way, because I had skepticism, right? Like, are people using it? Yeah. And he said to the group, I mean, there's about 6 other GMs, he said, Guys, I think that if you were to look at your dashboards on a daily basis and throughout your busy times, but not only that, but through your slow times, that you guys could adjust your schedules to be better. And some of them were starting to write down some stuff of like, hey, like we have the tools in front of us. We need to start using them more. And then I asked them afterwards, I'm like, okay, so like, what has it helped you do? And he's like, I literally will look at it throughout the day and then look at my labor percentages and be like, man, I'm at 30% and I can see my labor efficiency is going way down. So he's like, I will talk to people and I will say, hey, like you can go home today. And he's like, surprisingly enough, most people are like, yay, I get to go home.
