I have a former client on the show with me, Jen, who I have had the absolute honor of working with over the last nine years. And Jen is such a magical human. You are going to just feel, feel the goodness immediately entering into this conversation. She is a mama of six, yes, six tiny humans while also a being a full time business owner. She's a co founder of Forex for Women which is a financial and personal development company. This is such a wonderful conversation. We cover so, so many topics including how Jen took a two week trip solo. This was when she had five children when she went on the trip and she talks through how she held space for herself with that much time away, how she navigated guilt that came up. We also talked through some of her most surprising results and she even surprised me with the surprising result that she actually shared. We chat through how Jen feels less burnt out now with six kids and a full time business than she did back when we first started working together and she had two kids at the time and was kind of scrambling to be a business owner. There's so much goodness covered in this conversation. She shares tools that have supported her along the way and so much more. So cozy on up with us. I'm so excited for you to meet Jen and as always, I would love to hear from you after the episode. We would love to hear from you after the episode. So send me a note either over on Instagram or into the inbox land. I'll see you after the episode. Enjoy. Hello, dear Jen. Oh my goodness. We've already been like bursting with the joy before we hit record. But I'm so excited you're here.
Yes, I'm so excited and grateful to be here. I was thinking about the Clarity corner and just man, what a blessing to be invited into the Clarity corner. Right?
Okay. But I wanted you to be on this show, I mean since it started because I just feel like you have so much magic to share and like so much brilliance. I mean, before we even get into any of that, would you just introduce yourself briefly, like whatever comes up for you today of like who you are, Just tell a little bit about yourself before we dive into all the goodness.
I would love to. I always think that's such a funny question because who am I? Right? I'm discovering that new every single day. But my name is Jen. I am a mama of six, six babies. My husband and I are full time home together, raising them, loving on them, and journeying through this life together. I am one of the co founders of Forex for Women, which is a space that holds nearly 5,000 women who have all come together to learn how to uplevel to the best version of themselves as far as mindset, motivation and specifically crazy enough in the financial markets. You would look at me and be like, what? She's a day trader? So it's, yeah, I, I get to navigate a space with women as far as day trading goes and teaching them that actually we get to hold space within the financial markets that many women never felt like they had access to. So just encouraging and up, uplifting and helping women build confidence in that space.
I love this so much and I love how you said like, who am I? I'm discovering that every day because it's even making me think we were talking about like when was our first series together, which would have been 2017 I think is what we came to. At what, at which point you had two babies? I'm curious, like, I mean this might be like a huge ask, but do you remember like how you would have described yourself them if I like asked, who are you back in like 2017? Oh wow.
Megan, I have worked through so many versions of myself with you. You have pulled out so many up levels of who I've become. And so I think thinking back to that, I mean both of us were babies in that, you know, in that if we think of that time, right, as far as age, age is just a number, right, but, but also in as far as understanding the, the space that we get to take up in the world. And I think for me personally just I, in that time I thought I had confidence, I thought I had all of the things that would make somebody successful, if you will, quote unquote successful. But it was, it was very, in a kind of like when you step into a personal development journey and you, you have to convince yourself of it. So you say the words over and over and over until you actually feel them Subconsciously, until it actually seeps into who you are. I was in that phase of my life. I was in that. I believing for this because I know that if I say these words, then that is what will actually happen. And it's true. That does. You have to start somewhere. Right. And so I was at that beginning season of stepping into personal development, trust and faith in who I was becoming. And I can't think of a better person to have started that journey on than you. Just with your gentle guidance into that. Right. Into helping me uncover who that person is. And that was actually always there, right?
Yes, Always there. Yeah. It's so true. Right. Okay. So we've already highlighted. I feel like we've had so many magic moments together. Like, my brain is scanning through, like, okay, I've been with you during. I mean, I've been around during three pregnancies. At least we've done, like, series together. But there would have been one more in there as well.
Yeah.
You've manifested, like, three cars.
I feel like there's always magic, Matt, like, massive magic that happens during our sessions, during the container that you hold for me. We have these goals, and we usually crush those things and then some. Right. There's always like, oh, we got another vehicle. And you're like, yeah, I'm not surprised.
Of course, it's become, like, a thing that there's going to be, like, a vehicle upgrade during our series, which is, like, never the goal. I think that's just, like, the ripple effect of, like, coaching and working on yourself is that when you put that focus and that intention on, like, one area of your life, other areas can't help but stack and grow as well.
Right? Yeah.
I think one of the things that would be so supportive for people to hear is one of the most recent. I'll call it a win. But probably a journey for you is in one of our most recent series, and you took that trip out to the west coast for, like, two weeks. You were a mama of five at the time. Right. So you hadn't yet had baby number six and you went on a solo trip.
Yes, I did. You know, it's. It's. I'm so glad you're bringing that up, because sometimes people, when you're a mom of many. Yeah. People expect, like, how often I'll go out and people will be like, where are the kids? And it's like, what do you mean, where are the kids? Like, they're well taken care of. I promise. They have, you know, that I. I have an amazing partner who is very much an absolutely incredible father that I can trust with them. Right. And so the societal expectations of women to only be mothers when they're mothers is kind of a disservice to women in general. And in my opinion, it's an expectation that actually undercuts who a person is at their. At their core, at their whole. Because, yes, I am a mother of six. I, like, that is obviously what I identify as, because that's what. When you asked, who are you? That was one of the very first things that I said. And I think part of that is because they're literally little pieces of my heart walking around outside of me. Right. But also coming back to that space of. But I'm still me, right? Yeah. I still have everything within me to be able to live life to the fullest. However that looks for me, if that means taking my children with me on the journey, if that means adventuring on a solo journey, if that means my husband and I going somewhere, just he and I, whatever that looks like in that season of life. Life and where I need to step into to come back and be the. The best version of me for them and for myself. Right. Because regardless of who we've brought into our life, we still have all rights to a happy life as ourselves. Right. As individual people. Because that's what we were brought into this world as. That's what we'll go out of this world as. Right. And so, yeah, absolutely. Was there anything specific that you were hoping that I would pull out of that experience or share any more details on that you remember? Or maybe just talking about just doing it in general? Right.
I mean, I feel like, first of all, there was already so much magic in that and, like, so much permission to, like, reframe stories. And, like, what if you flipped everything on your head that you thought had to be true and then just gave yourself permission to do the thing that's on your heart? Because what if it was there for a reason? I'm curious. Like, is there anything you would say to the mom that feels like, maybe a lot of guilt doing that or, like, yeah. Is there anything you would say to that person? I don't know that that's something you necessarily experienced, but I love.
I love that question, because actually, I did. So. So when I first set out to go, it was with a couple of my business partners, my. My friends, my sisters, and we were just planning to travel to Hawaii to envision, like, get a bigger vision of what we wanted for our community and just kind of vision casting. Right. Better place to do that and then in Hawaii. And so I actually was not intending to be gone from my family for two weeks. I was actually only intending to be gone for the, the Hawaii trip. And then a day before and a day after, there was some business that I had to take care of because we were planning to move to California and my family was still in Nebraska. And so I traveled from Nebraska to California, took care of some business as far as, I mean, we could talk about that. The house that I was able to believe for, then went to Hawaii and then came back. Well, we had intention, or we had intentions of me traveling back right away, but there were some things, further things that needed to be taken care of once I got back here. And so there was like a week extended onto my trip. And so it really wasn't intentional that I would be gone for two weeks. And I actually had to surrender into that and let go of a lot of guilt. And isn't it wild how God gives us opportunities to grow even in places that maybe we hadn't anticipated or places that we may feel guilt otherwise? But he helped me work through the, the guilt and the releasing of that. And then that's where I came to the understanding of, you know, people. There were people that were messaging me saying, are you and your husband okay? Like, I, how you've been, you know, they were reading into the situation, things that I hadn't even like, read into at all. And I was like, so it kind of opened my eyes to what society's expectations were for a mom. And then beyond that helped me understand that, wait, I still am that person. So I actually grew into that space of releasing guilt through that experience. And also, you know, when I see other women do it, I, I, maybe before, if I would have been like, why is she doing that? She has six kids at home. Maybe had a little bit of, like casting a little bit of that on somebody else, growing out of that and being like, that's none of my business, that is good on her. I'm so grateful that she gets the opportunity to do that. Right, so a little bit of growth through that too, right?
Yeah, I love that. I feel like that's so true. Like there, I mean, I, I was able to witness so much growth in that and again, to the point of the ripple effect. Like, I remember one of our goals in that series was like, around you, like crossing that seven figure mark. And I think when you're looking at those, like, next levels, especially in finance, and this is probably something you do so much work on in your communities of, like, when you're growing in those levels of finance, like, you have to show up in a different way. There's going to be different asks for you. And so that ripple effect of growth there, I feel like, is just so magical to witness. So at that point, you and I had been working together for, like, nine years. It's kind of wild to say, isn't it?
It's crazy.
Do you feel like there were any, like, tools that really, like, supported you? Like, tools that you had in your toolkit during that experience?
I love. I love how much space you give to journaling. I love how much space you create for vision casting and your lighthouses. And, you know, the fact that even working with you in that time was an opportunity for me to actually sit and process and be like, oh, actually, I. I don't have to feel guilty for this. Or even things that you would bring up in our opportunity to. In your support between my calls, you know, the. The opportunity to message you and talk this out, where you supported me back and said, like, you know, well, why. Why is that coming up for you? Or what do you think that that's bringing? And you always championed me to be the one that shifted my internal dialogue. It's not like you coaxed me through coaching. You just asked questions that helped me build the confidence that I needed in order to become that version of myself. And then also, you know, in that space, like those. Those big goals, sometimes it takes a little bit of pulling away from everything and everyone that has high expectations of you or that needs things from you, which, you know, when you're in a home of several children, that's a constant thing. You can't even go to bed at night and actually sleep an entire night without the potential of somebody coming in the middle of the night needing something from you. Right. So sometimes having that opportunity to step away and grow and then come back a more ready version of yourself with that goal met or whatever it is, or even that the steps of how that goal is going to be accomplished. But I feel like, you know, as far as tools go and what you've provided for me, I mean, you've given me abundant support. You've given me so much space to be feeling like there's safety in the container that you hold for me so that, you know, the days that I need to just, like, melt, you're literally there. I just picture, like, Olaf in the Snowman, like, melting into this container, and you're like, oh, there's her nose, there's her eyes. There's all the pieces. We still got it in here, and we're going to, you know, put it back together. Together. And so I just think even the container itself and the way that you've got everything organized is just a beautiful. A beautiful way to help women, whether they be moms or. Or busy women, busy entrepreneurs or anybody, just really have a safe place to come and process without judgment.
Yeah. Okay. I also forgot to mention, Jen is, like, the queen of, like, metaphors and, like, visuals. So, like, can everyone just picture Olaf just, like, melting and the carrot floating around the eyes? Like, there's. Oh, you just paint most vivid pictures, and I love it so much. Something else I loved in that answer that you're amplifying here is like, that. It's. It's almost like this is what you've been doing over the last nine years is like, giving yourself that permission to have the spaciousness and to take care of you first and to nourish you so that you can operate from that space of overflow for all of the humans in your life. Even, like, I mean, you have, like, six beautiful children, you have an amazing husband, and now you have this beautiful community of women that you're pouring into as well. And I believe that because you've created that strong support over the last nine years, like, you just get to show up in such a different way. And there's. There's so much goodness and those strong foundations. And I feel like, you know, so often we think like, oh, I. I don't. I shouldn't get help or support because, like, nothing's really wrong. But instead, like, what if we built the foundations when things were actually fine or they were good or even if they were great and then we could amplify from there?
Yeah, absolutely. It kind of makes me think of, you know, focusing on your health when you're young so that you don't have to focus on the, you know, taking care. The cure later on right. When you're older, so that you have the. The structure within your body to really, you know, take care of the movements in older age. But, yeah, definitely, I think that you have. You've given me tools where I might have been functioning from burnout, where I can actually. Burnout is not necessarily something that I even run into very often. And if I do start to feel it, I actually know and can recognize this is the verge of burnout or this is where I'm starting to feel a little resistance toward this. And I know how I have tools. I have the ability to say, okay, time to set things down and go recharge, which is absolutely incredible. And I think as moms, not just, you know, not somebody that is an entrepreneur, not somebody that is a mom, not somebody that is like, somebody that is all of these things or somebody that is uniquely one of these things, like all. All types of situations for women can pose an opportunity for more burnout. And so, you know, I can remember before having you, even when I just had two children, I didn't have support because I didn't know the type of support that you offered was even a thing. I didn't know life coaching was actually even a thing because, I mean, in my mind, it was like, you go to, like, when I was. The way I was raised was, you know, a very religious background, and. And not saying there's anything right or wrong with that, but it was like, you talk to your pastor or you talk to a therapist, or you talk to somebody that, you know, is. Has a license in doctoral processing or whatever. And so life coaching was just not on my radar, not something that I knew of until I came across your presence. And I'm like, this is actually absolutely incredible. This is absolutely amazing. And you had. You carried such joy and such delight. And I'm like, I just. I don't even know what she does, but I want to be near her. And little did I know that those foundational things actually helped. Helped me be able to create a life where I can have six children and feel like I'm carrying less than when I had to.
So, wow.
It feels really, absolutely incredible. And I think part of that, you know, that comes wisdom and time and age and all of those things. Right. But also, life coaching is at. This is actually where it's at. If you ask me.
That's a quotable right there. Okay, so that makes me curious. Like, so just the concept of life coaching in general was, like, a bit surprising that that was available. Was there anything else just, like, surprising about the entire process or like, oh.
Yeah, do you remember our first message when I was like, megan, I, like, laid it all out there, and you're like, okay, slow the roll. Let's back it up a little bit. Actually, let me. Let me help you understand that you are fully capable of these things, and I'm here to help guide you into that. So I. I think that. And then there was a. There was a series that we walked into where I explained that to you, where I thought that life coaching was going to be. You coming in with this, like, cape on, and you Were gonna. You were gonna help help cure everything, when in all reality, you helped me understand that all of that is actually within me. And so you kind of expressed that you knew that was the plan all along, but it. You let it unfold as it should and as it naturally needed to which your ability to just flow and lean into the trust and just let a person process as they need to is just so beautiful and very commendable in my. In my mind.
Oh, well, I received that. This kind of makes me want to see if I can go, like, find the very first message you sent me and re listen to it. You're like, oh, gosh.
He'd be like, whoa, I took her on. No.
No way. No way would I ever think that. I do. I remember as you said that, like, I remember even just something I always remember, remember with any client really is, like, the tone of voice and how the tone of voice can shift as we step into our confidence, as we step into the way we hold life and our capacity. And even as you're talking about burnout, like, if we even just listen to, like, our tone of voice when we're burnt out versus when we're lit up and we're alive, like, there's such a difference there. And I can even just, like, remember that in your very first message as well. And it also just makes me remember. One of the practices we do in all of our series is there's always live notes throughout all of them. And I love. It's strange to say, like, I so look forward to our last sessions in particular, but our last sessions in particular, like, the amount of growth that you experience in, like, three months, four months, six months series is just unreal. And it's one of my favorite parts of the process to be able to witness you and all of that.
I think it's absolutely incredible because it's kind of a documentation of the growth that you have from beginning to end. But also sometimes when we don't take notes on something or we don't journal something, then we forget actually the miracles that happened through the journey. Right. And it's interesting, when you were talking about that tone in our voice, I can remember it was a tone of desperation, aspiration. It was a tone of so, like, I literally felt in my life that I had been rubbed raw. Like, I felt raw. I felt so vulnerable and so, like, I knew that life could be so much more. I knew that I could feel fulfilled. I knew that there was joy and hope, but I just was living in a space of desperation. And even on the surface, it might not have looked like it because I was really good at showing up a certain way so that nobody felt my desperation. But if you sat with me close enough, you could hear that in my tone, you could hear that in my heart. And those of you, specifically you who came alongside me in that season and helped me come out of that, just really were able to witness it but not make me feel bad for it. Right. Because a person doesn't carry desperation because they want to. A person doesn't sit in desperation because they want to wallow in self pity or anything like that. It's a space that you come to because of all of the burdens of life that have been layered on you through childhood, all the way up into adulthood. Right. And so that's something that I'm able to even share with my community is that functioning out of desperation is really, really challenging. And so to come alongside women and be able to do that because of how you've modeled that for me through the series that we've been in just has been a beautiful journey and one that made me step into the Joy like. And even thinking of Joy, that was actually one of my. One of my. Her name is Joy. And it was really through one of our series that that was highlighted so much that it actually is one of the reasons why that is her name. So, yeah, you probably remember that one too, huh?
I absolutely remember that. I have a photo of you, me and Joy on the zoom screen and I've gratefully been able to hold Joy in real life. So yeah, that's so. It's so special. I'm actually so curious if you're open to talking about this. You, like, briefly mentioned religion and Jen is an incredible woman of faith. I was actually just telling Andrew the other day that like, you are like one of my mentors in faith and I'm just so curious. I've never seen someone hold with so much grace the faith that you have your relationship with God, while also welcoming in and opening up to mentors and coaches. And I'm just curious if you could speak to that a little and if that's always felt true for you or if that's something you feel like you've kind of grown into along the way as well.
I love this question so much because I was actually pondering it earlier today and even over the weekend. So I think the main thing that my heart's cry for people to understand is my desire is for people to never see the way that I function as religion. I My heart's desire is for people to see it as a relationship, a relationship with God, a relationship with Jesus, and a relationship with the Holy Spirit. And I think many people can actually relate to many of those, those things, even if they've never read the Bible, even if they've never experienced a church service or any of that. Because truly God desires a relationship with every. Everybody, because we are in. This is my understanding, but we are his creation. He created us to have a relationship with Him. And if we really think about who God is and you know, what the kingdom of heaven is, it's. It's literally peace, it's enlightenment, it's love. It's those good feelings, right, that we, we have with other. Other people, other creation, right? Other. So in my understanding and through, through my desire to share that with other people, it's not because I want to prove that what I believe is right, or it's not because I want to disprove that what other people believe is wrong or anything like that. It's. It's a longing for people to feel loved. It's a longing for people to feel peace. It's a longing for people to.
Know.
And understand that it's not out of correction or anything like that. It's just out of wanting to share the gift of what, what I feel. And so when I, you know, asking me this maybe 10 years ago versus asking me this now, it might have shifted because I've grown a lot in who I am as far as. As faith goes. And I've also separated a lot from the foundational things that were instilled within me as a child. And I've taken a lot of, A lot of the things that were passed to me from, you know, mentors and my own parents are very good. They're very good things and very good things that I want to hold on to as my. As truth. Right. But also understanding that as we grow and as we find truth for ourselves, that there is. There are things that we can let go of. There are things that no longer serve us and serve our potential of the greatest. That we can be. Right. And so this has been a very interesting journey for myself and a very beautiful opportunity for growth and development and, and all of those things. But also understanding that many people that come into my path and on my path have so much to teach me too. So I never come with an ego of. I know it all. I. What I believe is absolute truth. You know, I am always open and wanting to hear what other people have to share and have to process with me. I feel, I feel so honored when somebody comes alongside of me and. And wants to have those conversations, wants to lay out their understanding. And there are definitely ways that I can always grow right in that understanding. And so I think for me, it's just helping people understand and that I'm not here for religion. I'm here for a relationship. And I understand that, you know, through a spirit, a spirit that lives inside of me and brings all understanding to everybody that wants to hear. Right?
Yeah. Yeah. I love that you've connected it back to relationship and that just feels so connected to like, how you serve your community and how you and I have been able to work together and how you've been a mentor to so many incredible people. Like, I feel like looking at it through that lens of relationship just like amplifies so much of how you show up in your life in different areas too. So I love how you've frame that.
I. I feel like that also gives my kids an opportunity to grow too. Instead of being, you know, like an authoritarian type of parent. I try to develop those relationships, yes, still guiding and shepherding, but also giving them space to understand and grow and even bring me understanding and enlightenment as well. So developing those strong relationships helps them also develop that as well, right? Yeah.
Yeah. And like I said earlier, I've been blessed to meet most of Jen's children in real life. We are due for an in real life connection sometime this year. And they are the most incredible humans, like truly the most incredible humans. They are full of so much goodness and it's. It's such a blessing to. To be in space with them. And I'll never forget when. When Joy came and sat and meditated with me and I actually had that.
Picture earlier when you were talking about her hugs and sitting. It was here in California, actually, where we ended up moving to, visiting together. And she just came out. You were meditating. I can remember that. Her coming and just sitting in your lap. It's like she knew you. She like, knew you all along.
Yeah, yeah. It was such a special moment. Oh my goodness. Jen, we've had so much goodness and magic in this. We've talked about. I mean, I feel like we've talked about so many of your, like, amazing manifestations and magic and goals. Are there any results that maybe we haven't talked about or maybe we have that you're just like the most proud of that you want to share?
Honestly, I think out of, you know, there are so many beautiful things in life that we can achieve Goals that we can achieve, things that we can do. But it truly comes down to, for me, a feeling, a feeling of peace, a feeling of freedom, a feeling of confidence, a feeling of witnessing my husband stepping into that alongside of me. You know, when you first came into my life, there was a lot of just dishevelment. I feel like a lot of he and I both weren't in a. In a peace situation, but talking to us now, I think you would see a very different version of he and I, which in my heart has actually given us a stronger marriage or stronger relationship. So, you know, thinking of all these amazing things that I achieved, you know, as far as goals go, seven figures, eight figures, those types of things, vehicles, homes, children. It's actually comes back to the beautiful relationship that he and I have and that you've really helped foster through the confidence, but also gentle guidance, the guidance of a. Of a wife, of. Of what, you know, I could be for him as a wife, not forcing him to. To be a certain way, but even, you know, watching your relationship with your own husband, witnessing that as well, that. That joy and that, you know, you guys are in such a beautiful companionship, like, in tune with one another so much that you literally say the same thing at the same time without even meaning to, but just that joy and that love and that companionship and that fun. Like, I feel like you have instilled in me so much joy and fun in the relationships that I can have with other people. As far as, you know, how I'm serving my community, my children and my husband. Right.
Yeah. I love that so much because I feel like that's such a beautiful byproduct of what happens when we. When we do work on ourselves. And often when we feel like something needs to be, quote, fixed in our relationships, we tend to put the focus on the other person of, like, well, this, this, this, this, this is going wrong. And instead, if we put our focus on ourselves and we become that mirror, there's something magical that happens. Instead of operating from force, we operate from. Let me be the living, breathing example of this and then see what unfolds from there. And it's a beautiful byproduct that I. I did not expect that to be what you shared as, like, one of your favorite results, because that's never something we set out to, like, intentionally work on. You know, like, we've never had a, like, relationship goal. But to hear that that has been a byproduct is just really, really special and just, like, a testament to how you've been able to show up and grow over the last nine years. I'll never get over how wild it is sitting. Yeah.
Oh, I love it. I think, too, it's interesting because in our early days of marriage, it was not like that. I was like, I remember reaching out to his brother and being like, how do I make him do this? And, like, you be a living example of that. And I'm like, I don't like that answer, but I'll try. Right. And then coming alongside of you, you never actually said that to me. Right. You just helped guide me to that answer on my own, which. Which gave me, I guess, permission in myself to become the best version of myself, which is still always happening. Right.
We're.
We're growth individuals, always learning and growing, and I'm glad that I surprised you with that answer, because it's very much true.
Oh, I love it. Well, as we come to our completion today, is there anything else on your heart or anything that feels like it just needs to have voice?
Oh, my gosh. When you say that, it's like, wow, I feel like I was just in a session, a coaching session. I feel so blessed. And hopefully that gives your listeners the insight to. To how beautifully you guide through sessions. You know, honestly, I. I just want to say thank you. I truly, truly just want to say thank you. Megan. You have literally set so many women free from themselves, set them free from maybe a version of themselves that was never actually who they were, never actually themselves, and actually shown them that the person inside is truly who they are and gave them permission to show up as. As the messy, learning, growing individual, and that there was nothing wrong with them in the first place. And that's how I. That's how I feel. That's how I truly feel. Like you gave me permission to show up and grow into. There was nothing wrong with me. And you. You said that from the very be. And there's. There's absolutely nothing wrong with who you are. And I needed that. I needed because I was always wanting to show up as the perfect version of myself, as the leader, the potential, like, influencer, whatever that, you know, whatever goal we were after in that season. But always coming back to Jen, you are beautifully and wonderfully made. You are the. The best version of yourself right now. And there's nothing wrong with you as an individual. You are. You're perfect just the way you are. And let's. Let's celebrate that. And through those celebrations, that actually helped guide me into a peaceful, joyful, loving individual. And I just want to say thank you. Thank you for helping give space for that person to bloom. It's almost like a beautiful wildflower who was, you know, trying to prune herself to look a certain way, but it actually just needed to be let go and. And not expected. But just let's see what comes of this. Let's see what happens. Let's just give it space to be and then celebrate what comes, right? And so I just want to say thank you. Thank you for always giving space for that.
Oh my goodness. Thank you. I receive all of that. I mean, that's like, that's my entire mission for every woman to feel that way. And you had to bring in one more of your beautiful visuals for us.
All to experience analogies. I should give a disclaimer for analogies. Before we talk, I want you to know that I'll probably paint pictures for.
You the whole time. The best. Oh, it's so good. But I really, truly receive that and I'm so grateful that you're in my space that we continue to stay connected. And I'm so grateful for the work that you do for your family and the community of women that you support. I truly believe if we all like did this work on ourselves and like, took those just like, like sometimes even just two minutes to come back to ourselves, like the world would just be such a different place. So I'm so grateful for you and I'm so grateful that we got to have this conversation today. Thank you so much, Jen.
So good. Thank you, Megan. Anytime.
Anytime.
I love it.
Anytime. Be careful. I might bring you back.
I mean, if you'll have me, I'd be happy to be here. You just let me know.
