Foreign.
Welcome to the Clarity Corner, where you'll discover how to unlock and express the most authentic version of you and.
Realize that this is exactly what you were looking for the entire time.
I'm your host and your coach, Megan Siemens.
Now let's make some magic happen. Hi my friend.
Welcome back to to the Clarity Corner. And we're back into Jessica's coaching series. Last week we had what I call integration week. And I did a short solo episode last week on what the heck integration is. Because it's something I talk about a.
Lot and it's something that's thrown around.
A lot, especially in the personal development world. I think it's one of the most important things we can do and often one of the missing pieces is in our journey, in our path. But when I was sharing with a friend recently about integration, she was like, wait, wait, wait, what does integration mean? Especially when it comes to self work? Of course you probably know what the word integration means, but what does it mean in terms of the work we're doing? And so I have a little mini episode that clarifies that and how it can support you. And for Jessica's session today, while we.
Explain explore a lot, we definitely see the effects of an integration week. Seriously, these weeks always bring so much magic.
We. I would say the main kind of topics that you can look forward to diving into today are putting our focus on the things that are working and how that can make our results go in higher speed and feel a lot more easeful. I share some considerations for you on that topic. We talk about how overwhelm is actually pretty easy to get around. It's just our brain that's making it hard. So you'll get some processes on how you can break some overwhelm. We amplify a lot of celebrations, which make no mistake, my friend, this is one of the most important parts in a process. And I actually dive into this at the very end of today's session. So stay tuned for that and stick around. Don't skip out on that one.
If you're like eye roll celebration, I.
Don'T need to celebrate. You probably need it even more.
So stay tuned for that.
We start to dive into some money stories. We go through a really important lesson that I think anyone who is struggling with money and worthiness needs to hear. We enter into exploring the energy of receiving and how our body language can help us receive even more. It's a juicy episode, friends. Can you believe we cover all of that? I want to share a quick little announcement before we get into today's session. If you have been loving these sessions, one, I'm just so grateful you're here. This is still such a terrifying and special project for me and for you. And I've been loving hearing I got.
A message recently that was like, I.
Feel like I'm on the edge of.
My seat, like, what is gonna happen next? So I've been loving hearing from you all.
Please do keep sharing. And if you've been loving them and you're like, wow, I could really use some of this coaching in my life. I have news that I've been teasing for some time now. I feel like the Back to you doors are officially opening up this month and I'm giving you as a podcast listener, first private access. So you don't even have to wait around for any cliffhangers here. So Back to you is my monthly coaching membership. This is where you get laser coaching every single month. This was my answer to making coaching more accessible, not just in terms of money, but also in terms of time and energy and also really honoring the integration period. It's laser coaching once a month. And the shifts that the women in this space are making are absolutely absurd in the best ways outside of the one to one coaching. We also gather as a group every single month and we have a connection.
Chat as well, which has surprisingly been one of my favorite parts.
The way these women are connecting and supporting each other and welcoming each other into their own classes and projects and things that they're launching out into the world or welcoming them into their own processing of how they're moving through something. We have both business owners and women who are in our career space. Back to you is really all about coming back to you. You are the one constant in your life. No matter what happens, no matter what season you're in, you are always going to be there. And so Back to you has all of these various touch points that I'm talking about with all of the intention to keep you on the top of the to do list. Because often we're the one that we're.
The one thing that falls to the.
Bottom, even though we're also the one constant in life. So it's a membership. You can pay monthly or I have an option if you want to commit to six months in this space. And like I said, the doors are opening up this month. But first, access for you, if your ears are perked up and you're interested and you feel like this level of support is where is going to meet you, where you're at right now I'm offering free energy sessions that are value and service first. And then I'll share about back to you at the end of our time together. So basically it'll be 20 to 25 minutes of putting the focus on you. I want you to leave with a takeaway. So we'll look at your human design.
We'll look at where you're at in.
Life and where you want to go. And I will support you through some coaching on bridging that gap. And then for our last 10 minutes together, I'll just share a little bit more about back to you. And if it feels like a good fit, you can come join our beautiful, beautiful space. So I'll put the link in the show notes. You can go ahead and grab it now. You can either pause and fill out the quick application or you can come back after bookmark it for after today's episode. I'm so, so excited to be opening.
These doors up again.
Okay, onto our episode with Jessica today. And actually we talk a little bit.
About back to you in today's session. So if you hear her talking about.
The membership, that is what she's talking about as well. Oh, also, quick note on my recording quality today. I switched locations for this session and I'm thinking my microphone didn't connect. So the sound quality is a little different today in session.
And.
And you can hear some keyboard clicks. I apologize for that. And we'll be back to regular sound next session. Enjoy. And I can't wait to hear from you after you listen.
Welcome back, Jessica.
Yay. Thank you.
Yay.
I'm so glad you're here. You had your integration week last week, so we didn't have a call.
You did not. I integrated.
I love to hear it. And you, you certainly did. There's been some exciting celebrations. What's on your heart today?
It's a great question. I don't have an answer yet.
Yeah.
Well, let's start with checking in with your lighthouse statement.
Okay, great.
See where it takes us. It's always the compass back.
I have it open 24 7.
I love that. Always staying aligned.
Coping in color. Community is built and expanding. Oh, I have fun things to share about that.
Tell us.
So I had the aha moment of I, I'm living. I guess the word choice I'm going to go with is I'm already living by design and living the life I want to live and it's happening and it's so cool and exciting. So, like, for example, the first example that comes to mind is I have A support group. And what's important to me is, like, I mean, what's so common in, like, the business world. Entrepreneur world is like, network, network. Go to networking. Put on a suit and heels and go network and sell yourself. And that's not me at all. And I have come to the realization, like, within the past year on. It's not about networking. It's about relationships and connections and friendships. And that's been something. That's been something I've been working on is just, like, releasing that expectation of networking and just literally enjoying life and having friends and having them either support me by buying my books or they just share that they know, like, when someone's like, oh, my child is. Or I'm struggling, whatever it is, like, great. Jessica has these books.
Yeah.
And I've kind of been, like, disconnected from my support group for the past couple weeks. And then last. I don't know when, at some point within the last two integration week, I realized, like, it's just friends. Like, why? Like, that's what I've created and manifested and wanted, and now I have that, and I've. So that is a piece of the community that I've been wanting, and it is already built. And it gave me just, like, that nudge that I needed to, like, come back to that support group and. And be present for them and myself.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So that was really cool.
Yeah.
So how does it make you feel, like, in regards to your Lighthouse statement? I mean, if it feels like a lot of it's here.
I feel like it's built. So, like, that is built pieces is checked. And now the expanding expansion piece. There's a butterfly. I love butterflies. Butterflies are my dad saying hi. So he's joining us today on this podcast. Expanding into. And this is kind of another piece of awareness that I've had is like, what. What does my community look like and how do I want it to look and what is it? And I've been. So I have this piece of the support group, and then I have. I guess the thing is I have. I have communities with an S. And I want, like, a main community.
Yeah.
So I've been, like, going back and forth. Is it a membership? Is it a course? Is it Patreon? And I've been more aligned with Patreon, I think.
Yeah.
Where I'm leaning towards.
Yeah.
So it's just taking all the different communities that I have and bringing them ideally into one space.
Yeah.
I feel like what's really exciting about this is that you're seeing all of the work you've been doing for all of the years leading up to this. And I feel like one of the big realizations that's coming through right now is I don't have to build anything from the ground up. There's already so much here. And when we can amplify from what's already here, we tend to create more ease for results because we're, like, starting from this foundation that feels really stable.
Yeah.
Does that feel true for you?
Yeah, for sure. It is. It is here. And I think it is, like, that realization. And that's same with I'm outside, so there's lots of fun visitors right now. So a bee just joined us as well. Can you. Can you bring me back to the present, please?
Yeah.
So I feel like this is actually just so reminiscent to. To. To your journey that you've been on, too, of, like, in business. It's like, oh, I'm gonna pick up this, and I'm gonna pick up that. And like, oh, the bees buzzing by. Let me try that as well. And, like, it is coming back to the present of this realization of, oh, I have all these pieces. I have this foundation, and now I'm just gonna amplify it from here.
Okay. Remember last session when we were talking about the zoom out and the zoom in?
The.
This is a continued practice in the.
Zoom in right now for Jessica.
And a consideration for you is how can you focus on what you already have?
Oftentimes when we're going after something, we want this really big goal, this big vision. We're like, oh, but I don't have it. I don't have it. I don't have it. I don't have it. And the more we focus on I don't have it. The more we create the reality of not having it.
But the more we focus on the.
Things we do already have, the parts.
We already have that are supporting it, the more we amplify that. And we tend to create results faster from this place.
I'm not saying it's magic. And you'll instantly see your result the second after you focus on the thing you already have. What I'm saying is you amplify the right things.
And the reminder here, too, is that there's always signs around you to support what you need.
And oftentimes, the things that are annoying us, us, or distracting us are really telling us something in our reality. So open your eyes, open your perspective, and look at what do I already have? And what is my reality telling me?
Yes. Yeah. And that was that. Was part of, like, the. The Patreon idea was like. And with Patreon, like, to me, discord, they go hand in hand because they. They do. To me, there's like an integration piece in it. So with the membership, or like, whatever it's being called, it's all the same community, I guess, is the main word choice that we want. So with the community, it's like, I really want. I want to provide a lot of value and at the same time have the spaciousness to be present with Corbin. And that was another aha moment. So, yeah, I have two things on that, and I'm trying to, like, keep my brain with both. So one of them is, like, I have all the stuff that I've already created, like you said before. So, like, I have courses and. And memberships and all the things. So I get to use that now and tie that in. So it's already done.
Yeah.
And then the other piece of being present with Corbin, that's showing up very much during my integration week. That's what it's called. Right?
Yeah.
Is that it?
Right.
Okay, good.
Is being present with Corbin. So I had. It was like a very roller coastery two weeks of, like, okay, I'm overwhelmed. Oh, wait, I'm good. Okay, I'm present. Okay, wait, I'm overwhelmed.
Yeah.
And I had the awareness of I. And that I get to trust that I get to be present with Corbin and. And sell books at the same time and support families with my books. So, like, I'm able to support families, which is my goal, and, like, provide these tools while I get to be present with my own family.
Yeah, I know that's been a huge lesson over the last week. Which reminds me, we need to check in with the challenge. So I think we shared about the challenge in our last session. So the challenge, it was like, yeah, 22 books in 22 days. I don't think you had quite started it yet. It was getting ready to start in the last session. So where are you at with that?
So I don't know what day we're in. We're like, halfway through. Ish. Without mathing.
We don't need math.
Your energy knows where we're at.
And we have a list being built I think we're at. So far, I've sold eight books, and today in just a short two hours. Yeah, I'm going to sell three times four. Twelve. Wait, what is that?
Twelve? Yeah.
Great on the spot, Matt.
Yeah, I know we said we weren't mapping so that by the end of Today, we'll have 20.
20 books.
Books sold.
20 books. Halfway through the 22 day challenge, can we just like, I mean, celebrations all around. Like cue all the butterflies flying around you. Confetti falling from the sky. The way that you have expanded yourself. There are balloons flying on the screen right now for all the audio friends. The way you have expanded yourself during this challenge. And, and I'm just going to share with. I'm just going to share part of the journey in our in between support. There's been so much like, I'm overwhelmed. There's so many things to do. How is this going to unfold? How is this going to be possible? There's too many things to do. And then it switched to like, okay, now I know I can do this. But there was still that buzz of overwhelm. And now you're at 20 books and just.
Yeah, yes.
Moving through all of that journey and there was a lot of untangling of overwhelm. And I feel like you've come to this space of ease with it because the, the one that you're getting to later where you're selling 12 books is a connection you made at. Was it a farmer's market?
It was our farmer's market day that we saw the crystal shop.
Okay.
And we're like, oh, let's go in.
So yeah, so you made this connection there which at beginning of call you were talking about was everything you wanted in your community. So you found this easeful path to get there. And it's kind of like allowed this overwhelm to dissipate.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And a big piece was like, I think of the overwhelmed. So it was like the how was showing up really strong on like how is it going to happen? And then we created a list of 22 ways to sell the 22 books. And then I think that's. That helps me with the how and then also helped with the overwhelm. And then once we assess the overwhelm it was like, but I don't have to do all 22 things. So that's just to give me some guidance and then do what I want.
With it a hundred percent, which is your human design profile in action. And our. And our design, our profile can really support us in selling and marketing and making offers. So your profile is a 5:1. So that one is the investigator piece, the researcher. Like I need all the foundations. I need to know all the things. I need to deep dive in and have all of the how. Like the how is really important for the one. It can Feel super unstable if you don't have that how piece. And then the 5. The 5 is, like, a bit of a rebel. Also, the 5 is really designed for strangers. And so I love that you popped into this crystal shop and made this, like, epic connection, because that is 100 how the 5 is designed to operate. It's like bumping into these strangers and making the connections that feel right, feel true for you. And so that's your profile in action.
That's cool. I love that. See, And I said I was living by design. See, I knew it without knowing it and knowing it at the same time. All the noakes.
Yeah. Yeah.
I feel like just. I actually feel like that's been a huge theme in this integration week, and it's one of the reasons I love integration week because it gives time for, like, all of the dust to settle and just, like, step into the action. And I feel like for you, it's just been like knowing after knowing after knowing after knowing after knowing, and then a bunch of celebrations.
Yeah.
And I also, like, want to touch on the integration week because there's a piece of me that's like, well, where I'm not getting homework. But that doesn't. That doesn't mean that, like, I still have you to, like, support me. And things happened that, like, weren't even homework. That just naturally, like, you said, like, the dust settling and things happened.
I'm curious what your drive is for homework.
I think it's, like, I don't take as much action. Like, I like my hand being held, and you are my favorite person to hold my hand.
Like, as.
I mean, I love Kelton physically holding my hand. And you are like, my. My mental, emotional. I don't know, all the things. Spiritual, cheerleader, handholder. That, like, helps me just take action. So. And I think that the homework is like, okay, now I know which action to take, even if it's things that naturally happen. Like. Like, I could have easily done the crystal shop if we weren't having our sessions, and it's possible that it would have manifested and my. My mindset getting to be with you and have these sessions with you. Like, I'm like, we just went into the crystal shop to look for crystals. We weren't going there to, like.
It wasn't on our list.
It wasn't on our list. You're right.
Yeah. Yeah.
So my curiosity here is if you can weave together some of that trust that you were talking about earlier that you brought in of, like, yes, I'm here for support, and I love holding your hand. And can you trust that you've got you too? Because all of that unfolded and I was not like on boxer, like, going to the Crystal shop. And so can you know that you've got you too in this?
Yes. There's hesitation because I love have. Like when I have you in my life, it's just so different. Like, it's. Yes, I know that I have me and I know that I'm capable of all of this. And so, like, okay, so, like, the Crystal shop could have totally happened. And that's something. That is something that is a somewhat norm for me. I mean, it's been a couple of years since I've gotten into a store or really tried, but, like, it is something naturally that can come up of me being like, oh, in my book, like, what do you think? Blah, blah, whatever. But, like, I wouldn't, like, the other eight books would not have sold if I wasn't doing this 22 challenge.
Yeah.
Like, so, like, there's it's more. It's more just like the action and like the. The gentle push that. That I. I get when I have you.
Yeah.
That I need and love.
Yeah. Yeah.
Well, I'm. I'm happy to be here. And I love. I love being that for you as well. And I just want to make sure that you know you have you too, because there are going to be integration weeks where there's the in between and integration months as well. And so just knowing that you've got you is such an important foundation in this too.
I feel like a good example for this is like, I could make a thousand dollars by myself, but then if I have you in my corner, I can make $10,000. Like it. Just because, like, having your accountability helps me take action, which is like, why I love the homework, because it's like, it's just that guideline on, like, which action to take, which I think you were saying was part of my profile. I don't remember which number you said.
Yeah, the one. The one. Well, the One loves the research and the foundation and what are all the hows. And let me sort through all of the facts and compile all the facts, and then you have to let that five come in. That's a little rebellious. And it's just kind of like, okay, that's great. Screw all of this. I'm gonna go my own way now. Do you feel both of those? Like, do you feel that contrast?
Yeah, a thousand percent. But I think you, like, I get permit the permission slips that I don't need but hearing them from you helps. So it's like, like, yes, here's your house. Here's the list of 22. Not that you gave it to me, but, like, we, you know, you supported me in that. And also the. You don't have to. You. If that doesn't feel good, don't do it. It's like, oh, okay, cool. You're right. Let's step into that five.
Yeah.
Such an important, like, reminder in business in general of, like, oh, if this doesn't feel good, if this strategy doesn't feel good, like, I don't have to stick with it. There's so many other directions I can go in, and I feel like that's just what the challenge has allowed you to do. And ultimately, it's led you to this clarity around Patreon, which has been. And it sounds like it's still kind of leveling out for you. Of, like, is this truly the space I want to go in? But it feels like there's. There's no pressure around it. Whereas in the past, there's been like, I think it's got to be Patreon. Like, we're gonna go for Patreon. And now it's like, I'm leaning into Patreon. I think it's the right way to go. It's connected with discord. There's, like, this ease around it as well, and I feel like that also has unfolded with this challenge.
Yeah.
Curiosity kind of instead of, like, I have to figure it out right now.
Yeah.
I mean, there's still a piece of me that wants to figure it out and wants it done.
Of course you're human.
And there is, like, I, I. I'm accepting where I'm at right now. On, like, I think this is it, but I'm not yet ready to start, like, taking full action on creating. I mean, I've already created. That's the thing is a lot of it's already, like, created, but, like, really, really jumping, like, hardcore into it yet. And there's that just, like, sense of acceptance on where I'm at. You know what it is? Actually, that came up during the group call and the. The membership group call, who. So it was someone else that's in the group, but you used their words about a journey.
Do you remember Love your journey. Yeah, that's Tara.
Yeah. So when you said that and you were talking to her and I overheard that, that was like, my aha moment. Like, that was, like, my light bulb moment on. I actually am in a space where I am loving my Journey.
Yeah.
And like, all areas of life, it's so cool.
Yeah. Yeah.
I love that so much. That really does create such an ease. Like, when we can feel the. The ease in all areas of our life, it makes the things that feel a little hard or sticky. It makes them feel a little more easeful, even if they're still hard and sticky. Like, you're like, I still really want to figure it out. And I kind of, like, want the answer. Like, can we get the answer? There's, like, a playfulness with it too, versus, like, a frustration. So there's this satisfaction as well. You truly are living by design.
Yay.
Yeah.
I wanted that for a long time.
So I feel like we've amplified a lot of celebrations today, which is so important. So important. It's so good for our entire system when we can amplify the celebrations. So where to next?
So, like, my brain wants to start planning Patreon.
Okay, well, let's check in with, like, full body. So, like, brain wants to.
Yeah, that's really the only thing that's coming up for me to like is just like, what can I do that is supportive? So I had a. Another aha moment. I was just full of aha moments with, like, I had a discovery call this week, and we're gonna call it that, and the dad that called me wants me to work with potentially the her. His teenage daughter. And that's all he said. Like, he never even gave me a name and said, so I'm looking for therapy or counseling or something. And I was just like, okay, I'm neither of those. I'm a life coach, and this is what I offer. And I said it with just, like, so much confidence. And right before the call, I was like, well, maybe I should change my pricing. But I didn't. And I stood in my power of, like, this is my pricing. This is what I want to charge. This is what my service is worth and valued. Thank you for that word choice. Not me. I'm worthy and valuable no matter what. My service is worth and valued in this price.
Okay, so I just want to loop you in on what Jessica is talking about here, because this was something I supported her with on the in between and I think is such an important concept for business owners or for you in your career, if you. Especially if you are considering, is it time for me to ask for a promotion? Or different things like that, or if you're thinking of switching careers and hoping to make more money. There is a common saying belief out there in the world that maybe You've heard before, it's most commonly with business owners and people say, charge what you're worth. But I think this started with fine intention. But that statement can be so tangled if you have any money stories. So if you have stories about how much money you can make or what it means to make a lot of money, we all have money stories. If yours are tangled up in worthiness, this statement I actually think can be so dangerous because as Jessica said, you as a human have no price tag. Like, if I put you in a window, there is no price tag I.
Could put on you.
What a disgusting thought. But that is the feeling that that statement can really easily give us. Charge what you're worth, ask for what you're worth. It's not you that has worth attached to it. When it comes to money, you are worthy because you are worthy. Because you are worthy. Period. Full stop. There is nothing more or less that you need to do to be worthy in this life. You were born worthy. We all are born worthy. So when it comes to money and the, the value that your services hold, including if you're on a career path and not a business path, it's not the value of you, it's the value of your services, it's the value of your skills, it's what you've put in the work behind the scenes. It's so many other factors, including if you're a business owner, you can even start to think of your industry and what they're charging and different things like this. These all have to do with pricing and nothing to do with you. Nothing to do with you. So I hope that supports you whether you are a business owner and you feel a little tangled and, well, how do I charge what I'm worth? Or the more you tune into that question, the lower you feel like your prices go. Or if you're in a career path, maybe hoping to get a new career and you're really navigating, well, can I earn this much money? The answer probably is, yes, you can. And now it's, how do you walk yourself towards that.
And like, take it or leave it in a sense, like with love in a nice way. But like, I just, that was like, probably the first time that I was able to fully. I've never had a call like that ever. And I just stood in my power and I felt very confident with that call. And then afterwards I realized, like, which, I'm a huge fan of therapists and love therapists, and they offer for like 2, $300, whatever it is, an hour One hour with them and then, great, see you next week for another hour for the same price. And I, my service as a life coach, I offer even more than that. So, yeah, for me to charge what I'm charging, like, is beyond worthy of that service. So her valuable. And that helped me a lot. And I forgot what got me on this tangent, but.
Here we are, forward motion. And it feels important to voice that because if you're going to be stepping into, you know, essentially the next iteration of your business and you're wanting to put your full focus on it, that was something we talked about in the first call. Like, putting your full focus on this chapter of your business and like really sticking to whatever it is you decide to, you know, launch. It's important to know the value of your services and to be really rooted in that. Otherwise we do that wavering thing where we're like, okay, I'm gonna put this program offering out there and we like put it out and maybe we get like crickets at the beginning, which is so normal when we launch something out there in our business or know crickets in the middle phase. And then all of a sudden we go into panic of like, oh my gosh, this isn't right. And da, da, da. And all of that is. Can be rooted in not fully believing in the value and not having those really solid foundations. And so it feels really important to voice that celebration because you are stepping into this place of like, oh, no, this is, this is what I'm doing. And you know, this is where we're at. And so like starting the foundation of whether it is fully Patreon that we step into starting it with this foundation of. No, I know what I bring to the table feels so important.
Yeah.
And I think that's where I was going with it with the Patreon. And the discord is like, what I'm going to bring to the table is going to be valuable even if it's not like live calls.
Yeah.
If it's resources, yes, that's still valuable.
Yeah. Yeah.
I feel like. So there's still some. There's still some clarity that wants to come through around Patreon, like just feeling that full grounded knowing of like, yeah, this is. It feels like that still may be coming through and developing, but maybe your homework, since you love the homework.
Is.
Starting to really get to know why some of those things that you listed so like resources, like maybe not live trainings, different things like that, why that's actually so valuable for the people that will be coming in to Your community, why it might be even more valuable than a live call. I mean, if I think about who you serve, you serve a lot of parents, and they've got a lot on their plate. Right. And so adding more live calls to the calendar could feel like a lot. That may or may not be true.
For you, but this is just to.
Kind of get the ball rolling of, like, why might this be even more valuable than what I've imagined?
Yeah.
And that's what crossed my mind. I mean, you read my mind fully on what you just shared, so that's.
Yeah.
And I love the fact of it being more valuable. And I do want to offer calls. Like, I do want to do some type of, like, group coaching.
Yeah.
And I just want it to be, like, a bonus, like, whenever it feels aligned and, like, be okay with that, because it's so easy to compare to others. So easy to compare to others. And most memberships or communities, I guess with communities, it. It takes off that pressure a little bit, because I feel like with memberships, it's like, this is the structure. This is how it is, versus, like, a community. It's just like. And who is that? I think it's in back to the membership. Your membership. She shared her. Her substack.
Yeah. Yeah.
And I joined, and she offers it, and it's just like, if you want to support me here, you can. You can subscribe. So I did, and it felt really, really good and aligned, and there's, like, a piece of me. But, like, that was like, ooh, like, to spend the money, and then it was like, come on. Like, I could spend. I think it's like $5 a month. Like, I'm happy to spend that and support her. And, like, I know what that feeling is.
Yeah.
If someone were to sign up for my. Whatever price I choose.
Yeah.
So, like. And like, you know, I. I could find $5 on the street. Like, it's not something.
Yeah.
It's an easy amount to be able to support her. So, like. Yeah, I have points. I just keep losing them.
Yeah. Yeah.
Well, I think this is, like, the external reflection of what's going on in your brain. On Trying to land on the clarity, probably. It's like, well, I like this and I like that. And the reality is you're just not to the full clarity yet. And that's okay.
Yeah.
And it's so interesting, though, because I feel. I feel so clear.
Yeah.
That's great.
Like, every morning, I text my best friend, and we talk about our future desires, and we speak as if it's already happened.
Yeah.
So when I speak about them, like, I have the community and people are there.
Yeah.
I think that's what I was trying to get out before. It was just, like, just to support me in supporting families. So, like, it doesn't have to be. And that's what's so beautiful about Patreon is, like, it could be a single older lady that doesn't even have any kids or whatever, but, like, wants to support me, to support families. And they could be a part of the Patreon or.
Yeah. Yeah.
I don't know. Kind of lose.
I think homework wise, like, getting clear on the value. I think you and I can voxer a little more about. Is it Patreon? Is that. Is that what you want to pour your resources into building next? We can just kind of dive into, like, the research you've done on that and nourish kind of that one. One part of your profile, the one line in your profile and just really jam out on the how and if that is the solid foundation you want. And then I hear you on, like, the popping in and out, like, doing, you know, group calls as a bonus. I think that can totally work. And with your five in your design, it can feel supportive to be as explicit as possible for what people will expect. And so even if it's. You're gonna get bonus calls being really clear with, like, they're not on a timeline. They're. You know, what if you do want to put something to it? Like, you want to say they're quarterly or whatever it is, but just starting to get really explicit within yourself of what that looks like. So that when you put this out there, that will be really clear to anyone who's joining as well.
Yeah.
How does that. Does that feel okay for you to set up kind of details like that, or does it feel like restriction?
A little both. So, like, the piece of, like. Like, I would love to offer quarterly, and then there's the piece me that's like, well, what if there's a quarter that just doesn't align or. I don't feel.
Mm.
Like it.
Yeah. Well, again, I don't think it has to be like, quarterly or, like, any timeline, but just. I think there. There probably needs to be some clarity. And just speaking to your design specifically, like, isolating your design here, just being so, so clear on, like, what to expect will ease your energy because then there's no expectations placed on you.
So, for example.
Yeah. Yeah.
What were you gonna ask?
What if it was just clarity for just me? So, like, I mean, so, like, there's. There's definitely gonna be clarity on, like, you're gonna receive journal prompts and affirmations and a worksheet every month or whatever. I'm just making that up. And then, like, the bonus calls is just, like, a me thing that I don't really promote, and it's just like, hey, for my community bonus, if you're available next Tuesday, I'm gonna do a workshop. But you get a free recording.
Yeah, I think that could totally work. I think you should still set that foundation for yourself.
Yeah, I like. I like staying quarterly for myself. I just don't want to have the expectation on me from others. On, like, it's already quarter three, and you didn't show up on quarter two.
And I'm like, yeah, well, that's the.
Yeah.
That's a hundred percent the important part of being, like, super clear and explicit with everyone. So I think it can work in reverse where you're. You know it, but you don't actually put it out there publicly, and then.
It'S just a surprise.
Yeah, yeah.
On when it is.
Yeah.
And what it is. And maybe there's a time that I'm just, like, super into doing a bunch of workshops. I don't know.
Yeah, yeah.
Which aligns with your. I think it was the, like, one of the initial things you said with this of, like, I just want to pour into my community and serve and give a lot of value.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
What came up there? I'm not gonna let that pass. There was a light bulb or something Right. In that.
It was just, like, what to, like, including. So I think I shared with you. I by mistake started a podcast, and I by mistake published it earlier than expected, which is great. And I'm happy. And I, like, the podcast is so fun and easy. And, like, I created. I think we talked about, like, creating SOPs. Like, how to's. Whatever that's SOP stands for. I don't even know. And I did it with, like, such ease on, like, this is, like, everything's laid out, and it's just. It's so. Everything about this podcast is so easy. So, like, there's a piece of me that thinks that maybe it could be, like, a private podcast for the community.
Yeah, yeah.
As well. Or it's, like, included or something.
Yeah, yeah.
I think this is part of that, like, getting really clear and explicit on what the offering is.
Yeah.
Which will come. Yeah.
Because you have so many pieces, and I think, like, the idea of Patreon feels Like a foundational piece, but there's still gonna be like, yeah, what, what is included in that, that comes. And so I think that feels, that feels like the next step of getting clear on the value and starting to get really explicit on what is in the offering. And then you and I jamming out on. Is it Patreon? Is it. Is it a different platform? But I know Patreon's been. Been really present for you since. Since the start, so.
Yeah, yeah.
So there's.
So when you say value, can you expand on that? Like, is that like the price I'm charging or my value, my service value? I'm very valuable.
Yeah.
As a person.
Yeah.
This is the value of what you'll end up offering. It's like what we were talking about with knowing why pre created resources are even more valuable for your ideal client than like a live call or so. Just as you start to get clear on the pieces you'll offer, why those are so valuable for the person that's going to enter into this community space.
Cool.
I like that.
Yeah.
So good. So many good celebrations. I feel like we spent a lot of time amplifying today. What's one thing you feel like you can do for the expansion piece of this community? Because that is the piece you felt like you're like, it's built, it's here. The expansion I'm leaning into. So what's one thing you feel like you can. Could do to. To really start to amplify that since we're in this energy of amplification?
One thing I could do to repeat it one more time.
I.
It was a very long question. What's one thing you can do to feel like the coping in color community is expanding?
Okay. I think it's going to start with me being fully open to receiving. So I just journaled on this yesterday, actually an expansion came up. But I think what. What came to me was just like. And comes to me right now is just like. I mean, and we talked about this, I think on the first call. Just standing up tall and just like opening my arms and literally just being open to receiving. Like body language wise.
Mm.
And practicing my empowerment poses.
Where do you feel. Where do you feel like you're not receiving?
I just think it's energetically well financially. But that's not even true, actually. That's a lie. I didn't mean to lie. It's a fib. I am receiving money and it's amazing. I think I am receiving. I think there's just a piece that's like, blocked. So, like. Like, for example, like, the crystal shop, she's like, oh, I'm probably gonna get four or five of something. And then she decided on three, which is still beautiful. And I'm so grateful for, you know, every book. And then there's that piece that's like, well, where. And then, like, another person said they were gonna purchase, I think, like, six of each book and then purchased one of each book. So it's like, I think there's some something where I'm not fully open to receiving because I'm receiving, but, like, not to its fullest. And I think it's energetically.
Yeah.
We could explore this energy of receiving.
In our next session and an energetic session, if that feels good.
Yeah. Yeah.
What are you doing right now?
And we're recording back to back.
Yeah.
Well, I only bring that up because you said it feels energetic. Like, you said it feels like an energetic block. And so let's spend, like, 20, 30 minutes exploring the energy of receiving in your body.
Where it lives, what it's.
Doing, and how we might start to unblock that.
Okay, cool. That sounds wonderful. I'm excited.
It's like a cliffhanger for everyone.
I know. Except they get to listen to it very soon, and I have to wait a week. Maybe they have to wait a week too. I don't know.
They do have to wait a week.
Yeah.
We're all waiting a week together.
Yeah, everyone's waiting a week together.
Everyone.
No, I mean, I feel like one. We're nearing the end of our time, and. And it feels like. It feels like a big thing.
Right.
It feels like almost like the, like, block in the river that, like, when we move it, the river is just gonna be like. Yeah, we both had the same sound. Just. Yeah, because we're seeing all of these external action happen. Like, the challenge is coming alive. New connections are coming in. All these things externally are happening. And so now let's unlock the energetics and see what comes through.
It's exciting. I'm super excited.
We'll see if it still feels true next week. We could be lying to everyone, and there could be something else that comes.
Up, like.
Not so we don't leave it completely cliffhangered. Is there anything you feel like would support your receiving entering into this week?
I think just what comes to mind is just, like, practicing the power poses or empowerment poses, and. Yeah, like, I mean, just, like. I mean, the way I'm sitting right now is, like, scrunched over. So, like, not like, literally just like. Like, my body Language is just being more open.
Yeah.
Like, when I watch Corbin, he just sits so perfect. He sits on the ground and he just has, like, perfect posture and, like, wow, you're so cool. Like, and he reminds me every time, like, okay, you're right. Thank you for reminding me. Because, like, he doesn't know any better yet to not sit perfect.
Yeah. Yeah.
I'll invite you when you're adjusting that posture and.
And since the body language feels, like, really supportive right now, I'll invite you to just take a moment and notice, like, is there something activated in my body right now?
What thought?
What? You know, thought, emotion, feeling comes through. Um, and just notice that since you're already doing that practice, it's just like taking it a layer deeper.
Yeah.
That feels good. Cool. Thank you.
You're so welcome. You have some really juicy homework to dive into. I can't wait to see. See what unfolds from all of this. I'm pretty sure we'll be celebrating a challenge. Well done. And all the things next session. Is there anything else you want to say today to feel fully complete?
I feel complete. Thank you. I feel really good. This was a fun celebration.
Yeah.
Which I love celebrating.
Yeah.
All the way from. I don't know. To actually know a lot of things.
Yeah, that's true. Lots of.
Yeah.
No's. I don't know. And I do know.
Yeah.
So good. I'm celebrating you. I'm continuing to amplify all the celebrations. I'm continuing to amplify the fact that your perspective is expanding and so many things are unfolding. And it's so good. It's so good to witness you. Thank you for being you.
Yay. Thank you for being you.
What a session. Okay, so we talked a few times in there about celebrations and amplifying celebrations. This is a type of coaching session that I find happens at least once during a series. I always save time for celebration in the last session of a series, but I'm finding more and more we're doing these celebration amplifications throughout a series as well. And these are so important. And it's so important for you to turn your focus to celebration, because when we celebrate, we want to create more from that space. It's similar to what I was talking about in the beginning of the episode. When you focus on the things that are working, you naturally want to create more. You're amplifying an energy that's moving you towards instead of away from something. And it's the same with celebration. Plus, I could probably do a whole episode on Celebration. Maybe that's one that we'll have coming up. Let me know if you would love to hear more on this topic. But I think the other big thing with Celebration is that so often so many of us have loud inner critics. Even if we don't have mean inner critics. We are critiquing ourselves as we go and we don't often give ourselves the same space for celebration. So I find that celebration is like a muscle we need to flex. And as you can hear in Jessica's session today, these celebrations are things that helped her get to clarity on other areas that, you know, may or may not have come up in this session had we not amplified some of the celebrations. So celebrations can also show us our blind spots where we might want to go in one direction if we're focused on the problem, which is a whole other style of coaching session. Or if you're navigating this with yourself. When you're focused on the problems or the critiques, your focus is kind of like tunnel visioned into that. When you focus on the celebration, our vision kind of amplifies that out and expands and we can see different types of solutions. So all that to say spend some time amplifying your celebrations today and the process that you are in. Thank you so much for tuning in today. If you're ready to get unstuck and.
