Welcome to the Clarity Corner, where you'll discover how to unlock and express the most authentic version of you and realize that this is exactly what you were looking for the entire time. I'm your host and your coach, Megan Siemens. Now let's make some magic happen. Welcome to our season two coaching series. I'm so excited. If you didn't hear, on episode two of season two, this season on the Clarity Corner, we are airing a full 90 day coaching series with a client. I'm so excited for this. And before we get into session one, I'm going to share a little about how this is all going to work, some of my thoughts on this, and then finally, you'll meet Jessica, our client this season. So. So how this is going to work? Like I said, It's a 90 day coaching series. This is a series just like I would do with a client. My ask to Jessica was that she showed up to this series as if it was never going to air, just like it was a coaching series between the two of us. And she certainly did that. So session one, which is today's episode, we really set the vision. We set the scene for where we're gonna head over the next 90 days, which I do with every coaching client. We're set what I call our lighthouse statements, which is basically just what is that one statement that's gonna keep our focal point. No matter what comes up, we're always gonna bring our focus back to it. So we do that today. And then the rest of the sessions are purely coaching sessions based on what is on Jessica's heart, what's taking her off course, what does she need to really laser in on to bring her to her course to get towards that lighthouse? And it is such a nourishing experience all around. So Jessica had three sessions a month and then one week off for integration. All of those sessions will be aired, and then on our integration week, we'll have either a solo episode or a guest interview based on what Jessica worked through that week. During the sessions themselves, they are unscripted, unedited. Like I said, Jessica always entered in as if it was never going to get aired. She was ready to be coached. With that being said, throughout the episode, you'll hear some kind of music breaks and I come on with some considerations or integrations for yourself based on what Jessica is sharing. So that, yes, you're getting this perspective from someone else getting coached, but also you're getting some practices along the way to integrate some of the work into your own life. Okay, so that's Kind of how this series will work. So a few of my thoughts on it, and then I'll introduce you to Jessica and we'll get right into the session.
1.
First of all, I'm terrified to air this. I am so nervous to put this out there. No one ever hears a full coaching series. No one besides me and Client. No one has ever heard a full coaching series of mine. I mean, for my schooling, I had to submit individual sessions. I've been observed in my coaching, but no one has ever experienced this. And that's equally one of the reasons I'm terrified and also excited, because I've always thought it would be so cool if someone could just be like the fly on the wall in a coaching series to just witness the transformation. And also, it just offers this perspective that you cannot get anywhere else. Like I shared in episode 1 and 2 of this season, where I shared lessons that I had uncovered over the last 90 days, there's such a connectedness when we hear someone else moving through something. And while all of us humans are completely different, completely unique, we'll never experience the same thing in the same way. We do experience similar things. And so to hear someone move through what they're currently working on unlocks something within ourselves to look inward and go, oh, how is that landing in my own life? So I'm terrified to put this out there. But equally, I'm so excited and. And I think this is just so needed. There's so many benefits in hearing someone else get coached, and I think that only gets amplified when we experience a whole series together. There's really no other way to get a perspective like this. This also, this entire coaching experience that I'm airing unfolded from such a projector invitation. I am a projector in human design, and projectors are designed to wait for the invitation.
And.
And this unfolded completely from that. And so my energy has felt so ignited and alive and so full the entire time we've been recording these sessions together. And I just can't wait to see how it lands coming from such a projector invitation. And if you're like, what are you talking about? Wait for the invitation is the strategy for projectors. So basically, projectors are designed to. Their energy is designed to, like, be in their mastery, to take space, to deep dive into mastering their craft, mastering a system, and in that spaciousness, what we're waiting for. There's a subtle art of waiting in all of the human design types. So even if you're not a projector, if you're a generator or a Manifesting generator, you're waiting for the response. If you're a reflector, you're waiting for clarity to reveal itself. In many ways, you're waiting to be invited in as well. And for our manifestors, you're waiting for that. That impact to come through before you initiate. And so there is a subtle are waiting for all of the human design types. And while I had had this idea for a really long time, I knew it wasn't time for it to come alive because I still had so many thoughts spiraling. And it wasn't until actually Jessica, our client, invited me in without even fully realizing she was inviting me in. And I think that's the cool thing about the invitation or the response. Like, you're not looking for necessarily a formal invitation, like, oh, I invite you to do this. You're looking for something that feels like your energy has the opportunity to say yes or no. You haven't forced it. You haven't. For anyone who's not a manifesto, you haven't initiated it without something out there inviting you in. Or for generators manifesting generators without something out there invoking a response in you. So maybe we'll do one of our solo episodes on the subtle art of waiting, and I can share a little bit more of the story, But I just. I think I just wanted to share that because when we are aligned with our design and we're stepping into these things that are terrifying but also equally very exciting, when we are aligned with our design and we're moving with our design, we're operating as we are supposed to with ease. Even though we're still going to face things that are scary, we're still going to face things that are hard when we follow our design, it gives us ease in the process. So maybe more to come on that. Of course. Let me know if you want more on strategy and a little more on that story. And finally, let's meet Jessica. So Jessica is our coaching client of the season. She is such a beautiful soul, and I'm so excited that she invited me into this and stepped up to just be so real, raw, open, and vulnerable in this entire process. You're going to get to know Jessica a lot. She has chosen to not be anonymous. We also work quite a bit on her business. But even if you're not a business owner and you're listening, there's going to be so much value in this coaching series because what you'll learn really quickly is when we do a goal or a vision towards something in our business as business owners, life doesn't stop lifing and life seeps in along the way. And it is how we're moving in our life that is affecting how our vision is unfolding in something like our business. So even if you're not a business owner, you're still going to get so much value in this. So Jessica, I have so many things I could say about Jessica. She's an amazing human. She's always committed to growth. She's an incredible fairly new mama to her beautiful baby boy Corbin, who I think you'll hear about quite a bit in this series as well. So she's navigating being a business owner, being a mom, being a partner to her boyfriend, along with figuring out how to align and show up in her own energy. Jessica is a generator. Her profile is 5 1. She has an emotional authority. You'll learn a little bit more about her design as we go as well. And she's an incredible business owner. She owns calm and colorful. Jessica herself is an amazing coach. She coaches families and mostly teens, but she is definitely certified and qualified to coach children as well. And she really equips family with coping skills so that they can all live their best life together and so that parents are equipped with everything they need in their toolkit to raise a beautiful family who has self esteem skills and coping skills and emotional and nervous system regulation skills. She also is an author to a series of books. These are coloring books that teach children skills like affirmations and breath work and yoga. And truly the work she does in the world is so needed, so beautiful. And I'm so honored to hold this space for Jessica. So I'll link Jessica's business in the show notes. It'll be in the show notes for all of our episodes. So if you ever want to connect with her and learn more about the beautiful work she does, that will be in the show notes. I definitely recommend checking out her books if you have little ones and I can't wait for you to get to know her more. Truly, she enters into this experience. I couldn't have asked for someone better to be our first, first Clarity Corner coaching client. Go ahead, cozy on up. Maybe grab your journal if you're cozied up on the couch or get ready to take some good mental notes. If you're taking us along for the ride somewhere, we're going to dive into our first session which like I said, is our vision session. So cozy on up. Enjoy and I can't wait to hear from you after the session. Jessica, welcome to your first 90 day clarity corner session.
Yay. I'm so excited.
I'm so excited that you're here. So today's intention is really going to be to set the goal, set the vision for the next 90 days, really, our lighthouse to where we're going to go. It's going to be that point that always brings us back. Like, anytime we get off track, we're going to come back to the lighthouse that we come up with today and start creating your first action. Does that sound good?
That sounds so good. I just visited the lighthouse, so that word choice is just like.
Yeah, I love that. So we are starting a 90 day journey together. So what is coming up for you to focus on?
Good question. So many things. But what I want to focus on is my business. And I've started my business in 2017 and I continue to squirrel and create new offers and things and I continuously get called back to like, I started my business around my book, I continuously get brought back to that. So I really want to create a community around my books and some type of offer and or multiple offers. But I wanted to be very focused around my books and community.
Okay. Yeah, that feels super clear.
Okay, good.
Yeah, it feels super clear. I know because you and I have talked offline before this call and squirrely is something that has been coming up for you. And so I'd love for you to take a moment to just define what squirreling actually means right now so you can get clear on what that actually means as we're setting your focus.
It's such a good question. You got me, like, thinking, which is good. So thank you. So squirreling is like, I think there's a piece of doubt that comes with squirreling. So, like, I doubt that. It's like, makes me nauseous to even say because I don't believe it anymore. But in the past I've doubted that, like, I can actually make money off of my books and like, be successful financially and like, financially stable around just my books. So I constantly feel that I need to have a quote unquote, like, better offer that's either, like, more money to be able to financially take care of myself and my family. So I think squirrel is connected to self doubt and not believing in myself. But then there's like, on the other hand, I do believe in myself, so that's a hard one, I guess. I believe in my future self, it's not believing in my present self. Yeah, that's good.
Okay, did you hear that right there? This is why I have people define words so often, especially words that are on repeat. I start almost all of my workshops with defining the, the focal point that we're diving into. And if something is running on repeat for a client, I'm going to have them stop and define it. Whether it's a word like squirreling that we may or may not use in like our everyday language and feels like it needs a little bit more context, or a word that we use often, something like overwhelm, Take that pause and go, what does that really mean? Why am I speaking that over my life over and over again? So consider, are there any patterns right now in your own life that, that you might need to pause and define so that you can actually step in the redefine and not just bypass over it and try to go from repeat pattern into solution? Because that's generally how we lead ourselves into burnout.
Yeah, deep down I do. I totally believe in myself like a million percent. And I would never give up on my business, no matter what people say. But it's the present self, so. And then also like valuing myself and my business and my books. Like, my books I know are great and wonderful and helpful and like, it feels weird to say life changing because I feel like I'm just like, you know, bragging, but like, I really believe they are life changing books that can help people and children and families. So yeah, it's valuing my books to the fullest that they are.
Yeah. This is such an important definition because I think when you think of the concept of squirreling just in general, it's like, oh, anytime I want to try something new, I'm going to start defining it as squirreling. Just like, oh, oh, something new am I squirreling? And it kind of like creates this excess pressure. But what I'm actually hearing is squirreling is anything that's going to take you away from this lighthouse. And so that is what you can come back to anytime you question, like, am I squirreling away from the vision? It's, well, is this actually taking me closer to the vision?
Yeah, I like that. I guess my, there's like the piece on like if I squirrel and like, even if it's still taking me to the lighthouse, like, am I doing too much at once? But, like, I want to make sure that I'm, I'm not because I'm really good at spreading myself thin and then that does nobody any good. So like, I'm constantly like working on this offer and this offer and working on a new book and. And instead of just like focusing on working on a new book and like getting that done and then focusing. So, like, I have. Yeah. I don't want to. I don't want to spread myself thin as well. And that's part of the squirreling.
Yeah. Well, what is spreading yourself thin or having multiple offers? What does that do for you?
So there's a piece of like multiple offers that gives me confidence because that's what, you know, business people say is like, you have to, in order to be a millionaire, you have to have money coming in from multiple different places, multiple revenues. So there's like that piece, but then there's also the piece of like, I'm not actually getting things done in a timely manner.
Yeah.
Which they get done sometimes, but not even all the time.
Yeah. I think there's a small piece missing from that advice that you're hearing out there, though, which is that you need to have one at a time. And that's the spread thin piece that's happening here.
Yeah.
And that feels like the focus that you're craving.
Yeah. And. But then there's the piece that's like, that gets me, is I have four books published and I'm working on the fifth book. So then is that not one thing or is it. Is it one thing because it's just the books, or is it now five things because it's five books?
What does it feel like for you?
I don't know that answer. I would like it to be one thing because I want. I want to focus on all of them.
Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Well, let's look at that for a second because I think that there's actually a lot of truth in that, that you want your focus to be the books. And even though there's five books, it feels like one container. Whereas when you have five books plus a coaching program, plus a community plus, what else do you have?
Oh, a coaching academy. I don't even know. Other stuff I've created just like random courses and I mean, I just. Workshops, going to schools, all the things.
Yeah.
You name it, I probably have it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I'm curious how many of those creations actually come from the doubt versus this idea that you have to have a bunch of offers in order to be successful.
Both. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because it's the doubt that lead to. But the next piece.
Yeah. Doubt comes from our brain and our brain wants to find logic.
Yeah.
If this. Then that.
Just talking about like the one focus being the books, what also crossed my mind is it's not just the book. I mean, it is the books. And the reason the books Is one is. Because that's teaching coping skills, and that's what. So it's. It's the coping skills piece that I want to focus on versus all the other things.
Yeah, yeah. Tell me more about the coping skills. Like, why is that so important to you?
Oh, because my brain's like, which direction do I want to go? Because I struggled with depression, and I feel like. And then the depression, it was like I had. I knew coping skills, but not to the fullest. And I was like, oh, well, medication will be the easy route out instead of having to, like, practice coping skills. And I do believe medication is important for some people, but not all people. And I'm one of the not all people. So the medication was actually just like this horrible roller coaster of trying to find the right medicine. And then. And then the one that actually helped me with depression gave me daily anxiety and headaches, but it got me out of bed. So then that's when I really dug deeper into, like, the coping skills. And if I would have had the coping skills before getting, like. Before struggling as deep with depression as I did, then I wouldn't have struggled to the extent I did. So I want to teach children and families these coping skills through my books and eventually through an animation series, which we'll get to at some point. But, yeah, so through my books is my way to help get out there and help thousands and millions, ideally of parents and families and children with learning these coping skills to ideally not have to go through what I went through.
Yeah. And so thus far, you've been. This has been your focus. Right. Coping skills and supporting children and families in this way. And even in having the multiple offers, that focus has still been underneath all of it. Is that true?
Yeah, very true.
Okay, and so now where do you want your laser focus to be?
So I feel like with the value piece, I want to, like, there was a piece of me that's like, oh, it's $20. Like, you know, I'm grateful, and I'm grateful that I helped another family and get to support them with my book. And, like, you know, cool. Like, yay, I made 20 bucks. Like, I didn't value it. Like, the point that I would celebrate, like, a new client that would pay me a couple thousand. So it was like, if I got a new client, it was like, oh, let's go out to dinner and celebrate versus, like, I sold a book. It was just like, maybe not even mentioned or it was, like, only mentioned because I had to go to the P.O. box or, you know, something like, that. So I feel like having, like, I want to. I want to support families, and that's, like, my big goal. Families and children and parents, like, the whole family. Like, the family as a whole. So if I create a community where I can share coping skills and celebrate the people that bought my book and offer, like I offer for everyone that buys my book, a free session. And I've had one person out of hundreds of books that I've sold actually take me up on it. With that said, though, if I had a community, then I can. I can. Like, people will actually ideally receive that differently, maybe, and it's in a community setting, so maybe it was like once a month or once a quarter that I just do, like, sessions that I can offer and just. I want to celebrate the people that are supporting me, and I want to celebrate them for supporting themselves and their families by buying my books. So. And value them as much as they deserve to be valued and myself. So by having a community, I can. I can do that and I can celebrate them and I could share with them as new books come out. And like, right now, it's very. It's very unorganized. I have no idea, Like, I kind of have an idea just from, like, reviews on, like, who's actually bought my book, but that's really it. There's no real organized thing on who's purchased my books and how I can help them in the future and if new books come out, if they are interested. So, yeah, I want a community where. And community. I've been craving community so much, like, especially since having my baby. Like, I realized since my dad passed away in, like, 2018 or something, I have blocked out on purpose, which I'm okay with. That's for a different coaching session. I really, like, hermited myself when I was. Because I was his caretaker. So I was like, that was my life. And since having my baby, I've. Which was almost nine months ago, I really craved community in the village. And I've created, like, I've started creating a really cool, like, support group of amazing mommies. And I just want that for my books and my. My business.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. What I'm hearing is you want the books to be the heartbeat of the business.
Yeah. That's so good. You're so good with love that.
I only pulled those words from your musings. Just. So let's. Let's zoom this in a little bit because I feel like you are. You're the visionary. You have. You have a big picture goal, and I know you have some big, big picture visions with the book, which I'm so excited that we'll definitely be getting into more and more in these sessions. But let's zoom it in to 90 days. So in 90 days, what would you be celebrating so big to see in your business? This right here is such an important practice for those of you who are big visionaries. If you're someone who kind of feels like they have their head in the clouds often, you're always dreaming of more. You're dreaming of the big thing and whether you are like Jessica and there's doubt in your presence self. Or maybe for you, it's a fear. You have a comfort zone that's standing in the way. Maybe it's a very specific fear. Like you're afraid of what a very specific person in your life will say if you do this. Maybe you're afraid of losing people. Maybe it's a worthiness thing for you. There's so many things that can go on in the present to block. And one of the most simple things we can do if we are that big visionary person who's always dreaming up more and more and more, but then feeling stuck in the present, is we can just zoom it in, condense that timeline. Because I have no doubt that Jessica is going to keep these big visions that she has. I have heard about some of these pieces in her vision. I've worked with her before. They're here to stay. And so if you're afraid of. Well, if I zoom in, I might start to play too small. I invite you to just let that go right here, right now. Because when you zoom in and you create a goal here in the profile, present as you, and you still make it stretchy and one that feels a little uncomfortable, but also equally as exciting, you're usually going to go further than where you're allowing yourself to go right now when you're just stuck kind of head in the clouds. Big vision.
So a community built. Like. Like, I want to have. I want to reach out to all the people that have already. That I know that have already purchased my book and have them in the community. I want some type of, like. I don't know, I'm kind of imagining, like, membership type style.
Mm.
But I want. I want something built, and I want. I'm trying to decide on, like, a number, or is that. Did I not do a number?
Throw a number in.
Sorry. Okay, we're gonna go with 22 people in the community.
Okay.
Yeah.
How's that gonna feel when you have your community built there's people in your book or that own your book that are in space together. 22 people gathering. How's that gonna feel for you?
So PSME wants more than 22. So that's showing up. And there's only 90 days. So, like, I also want to, like, I'd rather a more realistic goal than, like, a not realistic goal.
Yeah. I think this is that. That big vision piece of you coming in and do you and I. I want to celebrate the big vision part of you because it is what has kept you going this far in business. And in the same breath, it might be one of the pieces that is spreading you too thin in the same. In the same breath. Does that make sense to you?
Yeah, very.
Because it's like, oh, I want more people. And now more people aren't here immediately, so I need to do something else.
Yeah. Yes.
Yeah.
Very, very true.
Yeah. And then the frustration sets in, and it's like, oh, this isn't working now. I'm going to try something else. I'm going to try something else. I'm going to try something else. Yeah. Yeah. And so, yes, there will be more than 22 people. I just know that to be true. And so let's dream with, like, how many people are in this community in months and years to come. And let's honor the. The energy that you're really wanting to claim right now of, like, I just want this focus and I want this commitment for 90 days.
Okay. I like that. Yes. Okay. 22 feels good then with that. Because it can grow.
Yeah. Yeah. And I'm curious. Even if we can take the number off of it completely and tune a little more into the feeling of it and what else it's going to create in your life.
So you mentioned frustration. So my human design brain goes to the opposite of satisfied. So that's my goal as a generator. Yeah. So how would I. Can you repeat the question?
How will you feel and what else will it affect in your life when you have this community built?
I think a sense of satisfied. I mean, ideally a sense of satisfied. And then so I mentioned, like, the support group that I started, and I feel very, like, unattached to it, which I really like. Like, it's a. It's a very positive unattachment. Like, I show up for them every Wednesday, and that's like, so it's not like I'm not showing up by being unattached. I'm just like, if when only one person shows up, I'm. I'm grateful. Like, there's no sense of like, oh, like disappointment, I guess. So I want to bring that into this community. Like, I want that like, just surrendering and letting go and just being like, accepting and grateful for those that do show up. And I mean, with the membership piece, the financial piece, I would like to have just some consistent income through that.
And can we just like, claim that one a little more bold? Because I feel like it was like, yeah, it had like a whisper of like, I'd like some consistent income. And it's. If we're going to match the feeling of like, no, no, no. My books can make money and they can be a sustainable part of my business. Like, let's start claiming that now of like, this is going to have consistent income.
Yeah, that feels good.
Okay, what are your rewards?
Yeah, well, the piece that like, feels guilty to, like, charge, which is silly because, like, I know, like, it's energy. It's an energy exchange and.
Mm.
Like I. There's also the piece of me that people want to pay to get to work with me or have my expertise shared with them. Feels a little heavy when I say that.
Tell me more. What's heavy about it?
I think I just grew up with like, always looking for the free stuff or always like. Like we didn't really have money growing up. So like, it's. It's like feeling like I want to help everyone. But then there's that piece of like. Well, then I want to have that free, like tiers, like in my membership. So there will be the piece for people that can't afford it.
Yeah.
And there will be the piece for people that can afford and want more support from me, whatever that looks like. So it's just like attracting. And I don't want to attract this like, the. The woes me kind of people, which is like how I grew up was like, oh, poor me, I don't have money. Can you. What can you do for me? Because I'm special and like, everyone is special. And I totally believe that in. I want people that aren't victim mentality in my space, in my community. And I feel like that's what I grew up with was the victim mentality. Not intentionally.
Yeah. I'm curious. Why are you anticipating this already?
Because that's what I've had, like when I go on a discovery call with someone, it's like, oh, I can't afford it. Or like someone. Someone that I recently was like, oh, my gosh, I want to buy your books. Wanna buy your books, but I have to wait for. For my paycheck and, like, in my head, I'm like, it's $20. But I mean, I've been there. I've had, like, I've literally paid for gas and change. Like, I've. I've had. I've been to the point where I've had nothing. And there's a piece of me that's like, if you're struggling this much with your child, why. Why can't you find $20 to help your child? So then that sounds a little mean. Like, I don't want to be mean.
Yeah, yeah. I mean, I think what I'm hearing is there's a bit of a money mindset piece that you personally might want to work on during this 90 days while building this really beautiful community space so that you can mirror out what is going to show up in your reality.
Yeah.
Does that feel true?
Yes, please. Very.
Yes, please. She says serve it up on a. So, okay, so let's first get clear on exactly what that lighthouse piece is for the community. So we know you want your community built. So you might not have a name for it yet, but does it feel fair to call it the common colorful Community is built, or is there something else that comes through for you?
Coping in color community.
Ooh, love the feeling of that. Coping in color community is built. So in 90 days, you'll be able to say that out loud. Is there anything. It feels like it's missing when you tune into you saying that? In 90 days.
I want people in it.
Okay.
So I'm going to detach from the number.
Okay.
And there's, like, there's paid members. Paid members, specifically, not just the free members.
Okay. So coping in color community is built. And how would you finish it?
And growing.
Does that feel like it gives you the essence of knowing that there's paid members in there?
Yeah. And there's more to come. So I can, like, detach from, like, this is it.
I love that. Yeah, I love that. Yeah. There's, like. It feels like there's, like an excited buzz with it, too.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, so I'll have you repeat it after me. Coping in color community is built and growing.
Coping in color community is built and growing.
What comes up when you say it now in the present?
I don't know. Hold on. Let's think one more. Color community. Coping in color. It's kind of a mouthful. We'll play with that later. I'm coping in color. Community is built and growing. Maybe expanding. Yeah, I think expanding more than growing.
Okay.
Because, like, a seed is still growing.
Mm.
But like, the flower is expanding. Like, it's already. It's already there.
Mm.
Yeah. So coping in color community is built and expanding and helping people. Like, that's really my, like, deep down goal. Like, I just want to like. Or supporting families.
Mm.
Yeah.
Does it feel like you need that wording in there, though? Or does it feel like that just is the essence of coping in color?
That's the essence of it.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
Because when I asked you earlier, like, why is. Why are coping skills important? It was like an instant knowing. It was just like, oh, duh.
Yeah.
You're like, my brain has so many things I can say about that. So.
Yeah, yeah.
So, like, can we know that at the heart of all of this, you will always be serving?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And this is almost like another compass we're going to add to our lighthouse visual. Here you have a compass. So we have our lighthouse. Coping in color community is built and explained. Expanding. We're always coming back to that. And you have this little compass that anytime you feel like you're gonna squirrel, you're starting to pick up these things. Like, okay, am I. Am I in alignment with my space of service? And you can start checking in with these things that can get you back on track.
Okay, I like that. Okay. Yeah.
Now, when it comes to the money piece, just to enhance this, what feels true for you in 90 days about your money?
What do you mean in 90 days?
If you can say, I feel blank about money, what would you say?
Oh, okay. Confidence, the first word that comes to mind. I mean, my big goal is to, like, financial freedom. To, like, not. Not look at the prices on the menu, which I'm working on. But, like, that's not a 90 day goal.
Yeah, let's zoom it in again. I was gonna say, let's zoom it in again. Let's. We're learning the art of the zoom in and the zoom out. It feels like it might be a theme in this. Both are so important, right? Both are so important. But if we're so zoomed out all the time, we're going to, like, fall off the cliff because we're only looking. We're looking at the lighthouse and we're not looking in front of us and the end of the mountain is there. But if we're so zoomed in, then we're only looking at our feet and we're missing the beautiful view. So we have to figure out that way to like, okay, I'm zoomed out. I'm zoomed in. I'm Zoomed out. I'm zoomed in. Feels like the theme that we're going to be navigating. So, yes, financial freedom is coming, and in 90 days. I like the word confidence in 1980.
I like confidence and trust. Yeah, trust. Because I've been playing with that a lot, and I feel like I've had, like, I've been very confident and trusting in, like, this very moment right now. I have more than I need. Like, if I were to check my bank account right now, in this second, I'm good. And then there's, like, the piece of, like, cool opportunities, and I'm just like. Like, I lose my breath. I'm like, oh, I can't do that. And, like, that's. I don't want that. So, yeah, I'm just thinking, like, what other. What other pieces to, like, that where, like, I can. And I think. I mean, like, having consistent income is trusting that it's going to come in every. Every month and confidence, like, I do. Consistency coming in. There's, like, the sense of, like. Like claustrophobia, of, like, like, making big investments, which I don't want. So, like.
Right, because that's exactly what you said you didn't want in the people that are coming into your community space.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, yeah, you're right.
Yeah. Because of course, if we are operating from a belief system, we're going to think, well, that's obviously the only person that's going to come into my space.
Yeah, yeah. So I want. So. Okay, so let's look at it from that perspective on, like, who I want in my space is, like, people that see my value want to pay me.
Mm.
And they have more than enough to, like, that. It's, like, not even a question because it's just like. It's like, like, how Verizon charges me, like, a different penny cents, like, every month. Like, like, one month it's like, $0.59, and the next month it's $0.91. And I'm like, why? Because they just. And you don't even notice it because it's so, like, such a small amount.
Yeah, yeah.
So I want that. Like, I want it. Like, I want the people coming into my community that are just like, yeah, I don't even notice the money coming out of my account. Like, it's just. It's. It's. It's there. It's worth it. It's. And it's easy to spend this on this. So, like, I want that same mindset for myself on, like. Yeah, yeah, I have it. I'M good.
Yeah.
Like, I'm beyond good. I don't even notice the whatever amount coming out of my makeup.
Yeah. I'm gonna change course right here. Change course.
Okay.
I feel like there's so many lighthouse, like, puns I could make right there. If we're in a. We're in a boat now from our mountain, I'm actually gonna say we're not gonna make a statement around this. Okay. So the reason I shifted here and something I want you to consider for yourself is this. What I noticed was this ongoing theme that has continuously swept Jessica off course. This undercurrent of these money stories that she has so much awareness around just keeps popping up throughout the goal. And so the thought was, if we get so zoomed in on this thing that keeps feeling like it's sweeping her off course, course we're going to get off focus of the thing that she actually wants. And I have no doubt that we will continue to work through some of these money stories throughout, because it is the undercurrent that is underneath this vision that she has. And so consider for yourself, what is the story you've been telling yourself for years? What is the thing that has swept you off course? What is underneath the vision that you really have? And have you been so zoomed in on it that it's taking you away. Away from the actual vision? But what I think is the action step for you, I know that you're someone who loves affirmations and respond really well to it. These are your words that you just said, and I think you just need to intentionally spend time tuning into them. I'll send them to you in our written space. My people see my value, want to pay me, and have more than enough.
Yeah.
Like, those were your words, and I think constantly being an affirmation of that. And I have no doubt that there are some money stories that you and I will work through in the next 90 days that might come up in these sessions, and we'll. We'll move through those. Like, we'll catalyze those when. When needed. And, like, let's just honor the original focus of. I'm focusing on this coping in color community that the intention I want to go towards and all this other stuff is just stuff that's taken me off track for too many years now.
Yeah.
Like, done with that.
Yeah.
Yeah. So I'll write that affirmation down for you. And I think it's one to just tune into, I would say, daily for now. And then as far as coping in color community, is built and expanding what feels like the first thing you want to do for that.
So I would like to figure out, like what the membership consists of. So.
Okay.
There's like two pieces to that, though. It's like, what are the membership tiers and what do they provide or like include and what platform.
Okay.
But I don't really need to know the platform until I know the membership tier.
Okay. Yeah, so let's. Well, let's put both because we don't. This could unfold super fast. Like, clarity makes magic happen. So let's say we're gonna do some membership mapping together over the next week. So we'll start a doc where we start, like mapping out what those tiers look like in an ideal world. And then if platform comes through during that.
Great.
How does that feel?
It feels good because I already have some ideas for platforms and I'm so. I think. Yeah, just so many beliefs around that which we'll talk about.
Okay, I'm going to give you one other action stop. Which is a little bit of space clearing. Just getting curious with. Are there things you need to clear from your kind of business ecosystem? Like are there sales pages out there that are open? Are there courses out there that don't feel aligned with coping in color? Just really getting clear what's out there in your business space? Because energy matters. So if we have all these open loops, these little threads that are straying about, what is that doing to your energy? And so just like a little. A little inventory. We can use like our same doc if you want to like dump everything that you've got going on out there in the world and see if there's any. And the answer might be there's nothing to like close down or anything like that, but just getting clear on what all is out there so that we can create that one track of focus. How does that feel?
That feels great. I definitely. My website comes to mind, which needs to be like organized and clear focus. My one question is like, what about life coaching?
Great. What about life coaching? We'll come to it. Let's start with the inventory. Let's start with the inventory and get out there. Like, here's everything that's out there and then we can start to look at. Is this leading me towards where I want it to?
Yeah, yeah, sounds good. As long as I have to decide at this very moment.
You do not have to decide here at this very moment. That would be a big decision to make at like the end of the session.
Yeah.
Cool. Well, is there anything else you Want to voice to feel complete for today.
Yes. So another thought was like. And I don't know if this is scrolling, if you can tell me, but for like homework assignments, action steps, I was thinking of like some kind of like embodiment that I can do. So like I just want to intentionally sit up taller.
Mm. Mm.
And not slouch. So like, just to build my confidence with my body and how I'm like literally showing myself. What's the right word? Like.
Mm. Showing yourself works. Yeah. Presenting yourself.
Embodying. Yeah, Presenting. There we go.
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I think this is always a good idea. My question is, how does it support coping in color community being built and expanding?
We didn't talk about this yet, but we will. But like the CEO, like stepping into my CEO self and to be a CEO.
Mm.
They're called like CEOs are confident and they stand up. Like, you don't see a lot of like hunchbacks CEOs. I mean, you know, you do you if you are hunchback CEO. But like, personally I want to stand up. My like my favorite affirmation I borrowed from my friend is I stand straight and tall with love. Like, I just want to. And I just feel like more confidence in taking up space and yeah, I think that that's embodying my CEO self, which the more confident I am, the more I'm able to show up as my whole unapologetic, authentic self to my community.
Great. Well, wonderful. So we'll add that on as. So. Yeah. An embodiment practice. I love this concept of like, what's an embodiment practice? I can bring along for the week too. Yeah.
Yeah. Yay. Cool. Okay, thanks.
