A walkthrough of what comes in your new Matic box: four HEPA bags, two brushes, a mop roll, four pouches of Aunt Fani's floor cleaner, descaling and declogging tools, plus googly eyes and stickers. Everything you need to start mopping and keep it running.
Okay, before we wrap up, let's talk about everything that came in your box because there's more in there than you might think. Let's dig in. Okay, first, the practical stuff. We have 4 HEPA bags, 2 side brushes, and a mop roll, the customizables that you'll need replacing over time. We've got you covered for the first stretch so you can enjoy your Numatic. When you run low, reorder from the app or website. Now, for the good stuff. We have 4 pouches of Aunt Fani's floor cleaner, 2 multipurpose with vinegar and 2 gentle hardwood formula that's vinegar-free. Drop 1 pouch into the water tank before mopping. Matic takes care of the rest. You'll also find a descaling pouch and a declogging tool. Don't worry about these, they're your safety net. If you ever need either, the app or support team will walk you through it. Now, the fun part. We snuck in a few gifts, a set of googly eyes and a sticker pack to give your Matic some personality, as well as a miniature Matic keychain so you can carry a little piece of home wherever you go. And that's it! We're super excited to have you a part of the Matic family. Now, go enjoy those clean floors.
