The narrator instructs the user to open the lid, remove and flip the water tank upright, unscrew the cap, fill the tank to the brim with water, insert a whole descaling pouch (without opening it), reseal the cap tightly, flip the tank back cap‑side down, reinsert and gently press it into place, close the lid, and then run a normal mop cycle. If you're seeing a descaling needed notification in your Matic app or on the screen, let's take care of that. Open Matic's lid, pull out the water tank, and flip it right side up. Unscrew the cap. Fill the tank to the top with water. Then drop in the descaling pouch. No need to cut it open, just place it in as is. Screw the cap back on tight. Then flip the tank cap side down, reinsert it, and press it down gently to set it in place. Close the lid and run a mop cycle as usual. And that's it. Matic's ready to go.
