In this short segment Mehul Nariyawala introduces a robot vacuum that he claims is the world’s quietest, operating at roughly 55 dBA – about 7 dB quieter than typical human conversation on a logarithmic decibel scale. He contrasts this with standard robot vacuums (~65 dBA) and handheld vacuums (75‑85 dBA), emphasizing that the new device is silent enough to allow uninterrupted conversation. The key differentiator is the “Zenrise” feature, which enables the robot to map the home and clean autonomously at night, taking roughly two hours to clean the entire house while the occupants sleep. The speaker frames quiet operation as essential for a constantly‑running cleaning robot, likening the unobtrusive nature to a dishwasher that runs overnight without being noticed.

We have the quietest vacuuming robot in the world. It cleans at 555 dBA. That's a decibel pressure meter. Yeah. That's about 7, and this is a log scale, so it's at 7 decibel meters quieter than a human conversation. Yeah. And typical robot vacuums are around 65. If you use Dyson or any of the handheld devices, they're around 75 to 85. Yeah. And so that means you cannot even have a conversation. So that was one of the biggest things that if you're going to have a robot that is constantly cleaning, Can you do it in a way so it's so quiet that it just works? And one of the favorite features we are enabling now is that it actually is able to map and see and everything at night. So we call it a Zenrise feature, that can you wake up to a clean home where it just cleans at night? So if it's quiet, you don't even have to worry about it. It can take 2 hours, but eventually at night it can just clean your whole home.
That's interesting because the dishwasher is running at night and you don't notice it.
