Balancing strategy and data

A business coach explains why you need both intuition and data to make good decisions. Clear messaging to attract your ideal clients matters more than chasing every opportunity.
Most coaches would have said, if it doesn't feel good for you, then you shouldn't do it. It's not aligned. And the reason it isn't working is because it isn't aligned. But particularly in your business, you've got to look at data, too. And this is a missing component that I see in so many business coaching programs and strategies out there. It's missing the tactical mechanical, the data. We got to bring that in. Now for this client. What we found we were looking at, it was. It wasn't an alignment issue. She wasn't forcing it. There was a huge gap in her messaging. Her messaging was not speaking to her ideal client. So therefore, her ideal client wasn't signing up to. People are busy. They don't just want to join events or workshops unless they are really, really clear on the value. And to be clear on the value, you've got to be crystal clear in messaging. I cannot tell you enough how often I see messaging as the gap. So remember, when you are deciding if something is or isn't in alignment, if it doesn't feel good in your body, if you're feeling resistance, yes, it could be because you're forcing it. But before you just jump ship on that strategy, you got to look at data. It's got to be a balance of the two. Do this and it will save you not only a lot of struggle, but thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars.
