Being a coach means to me, standing for people's possibility, their greatness. It's an honor and a privilege. It's a co creation. So when I have the opportunity to coach somebody, I am literally energetically co creating with them to stand for their transformation and to be the eyes and the, the guardrails and the encouragement for them to get somewhere where they can't get on their own. Because the truth is, we can all go a lot deeper and further when we are in co creation than when we're trying to do it on ourselves.
