Mike Andes (creator) briefly recommends a DJI Osmo 4 three-axis gimbal as an inexpensive way to raise video production value for smartphones. He cites a price of about $130 (available at Best Buy or Amazon), notes it magnetically attaches to a phone, and that it can shoot in 4K. He says his team recommends it to clients at lawncarewebdesign.com.
