Hey everyone, it's Mike Andes, founder at HomeWorks, and today we went ahead and released the first of our reliability cycles. Now you're going to be seeing this over the next couple months, so I want to explain what we're doing. And down below in the email, you're going to see all the things that were changed today, uh, dozens of little adjustments and tweaks and bug fixes that might— you might have reported these months ago And I really just want to say thank you for everyone that takes the time to report things to support, whether it be feature requests, bugs that they see in the system, or just even parts of the software that cause frustration. Over the past several months throughout the winter, for most of our users, it's their off season. And so we've added a ton of features around waitlist, unscheduled work, field force, video, a lot of new additions. And we've changed even like the color and a lot of the user interface aspects of the software. What we're going to be focusing on over the next 30 to 90 days is going to be what we call reliability cycles. All the little cuts, all the little what we call paper cuts that you've been experiencing, we'll be trying to address as many of those as we possibly can. Now, we can't customize every single thing for you, but when you do make a feature request, when you do submit a bug, just know it's never swept under the carpet. It is always kept track of, And then when we have times like this for reliability cycles, we really dive deep and try to fix as many of those as we possibly can. And so today was the release of the first reliability cycle. And again, down below, you'll see all the little adjustments and changes that were made. And a lot of it's not major, it's nothing earth-shattering. It's a lot of just making sure that the software does exactly what you expect it to do. And anytime that there's friction caused, we want to eliminate that. We call that a paper cut. And so you'll see this over the next couple months and each time we'll hopefully send out an update of all the little changes that were made, but shouldn't adjust, change your workflow at all. We want to make sure that throughout the spring rush where the majority of our users have a huge increase of leads, calls, and new contacts being added, that we're not adding more friction by changing up things in the software. We look forward to the summer, the fall, releasing still more actual features. Right now we want to really increase the reliability, the speed, the quality of the experience that you're having inside of HomeWorks. Thank you all.
