Mike Andes shows how clustering four nearby properties cuts job time in half. His crew parks once, handles core aeration, treatments, and mowing together, finishing eight budgeted hours of work in under four.
Eight budgeted hours
Less than four hours
Everyone's freaking out about gas prices, but if you have great route density and your properties are close together, you can literally do what they're doing now and park your truck one time and do multiple properties. Here we're doing four different houses. We did their core aeration, their treatments, and we mow their lawn every single week. All combined, there's eight budgeted hours for these jobs, and we got all of them done in less than four hours. Why park the truck? We do all the jobs at the same time, but meanwhile.
