All right. Is that very clear to everybody? All right, here we go. $10,000 and it could be yours.
I'm totally lost in this place. And first thing I'm doing besides finding the bathroom is finding an employee because.
Okay, so Brianna said I need to get some clips from the office. So here are some clips from the office. Give you an office tour. I have learned, personally, I love being at the office if I have a good work environment. So I really have tried to optimize this as much as possible. This is like kind of my optimized space. So this space I can record pretty quickly. I have a teleprompter, which I don't use much in here, but then I have all my microphone set up for this. If I can get good quality video with a decent camera on the back end. And then these lights just. I just turn this light on. I turn this light my backlight and then this is pretty good for a decent video. We are going to be installing a light bar underneath here. Hang up my jerseys here. So that way if there is an Augusta related event happening or in the office, I'll throw one of those on. Right now though, my bane of my existence is my little cluttered area here. So my current plan is to. Right now I have this hook down here for my headphones. I'm going to get a replacement that has where I can put a drink holder and then underneath that it has a hook. That way I can put my two drinks because my water bottle and my jug are almost always on my desk. So I'm gonna have one here which will have the hook underneath here for my headphones. And then over here I'm going to put one here right in between these two desks for this bad boy to sit inside of. And then underneath that there'll be a hook and I'll put my keys. Cause see, that's the bane of my existence is little stuff like this sitting around. Just drop. Drives me bonkers. But both of these desks are from Flexispot and they go up and down very nice. And I love standing desks. Allows me to have my walking treadmill down here. All I have to do, it's boom. And then I just have my. I always have it right here. Boom. Boom. And we're off to the races. This is where I do a lot of steps. Now that I have my kind of own office area, I can go a little faster. But unfortunately the sound of this thing is significantly more because it's rubbing on this shag carpet. And then I just Pop it up like this. It leans on there and it's good to go. Unfortunately, because it's like smooth metal. When I move this up and down, it doesn't affect that at all, which is really cool. Also next to Ethernet. Very good. So that is plugged into the bottom of this thing, which powers everything into the Ethernet. I have the same thing over here. This allows me to be able to have wireless charging. So I always have all of my cards, so SD cards, etc, so I can record immediately. All this is one plug. I just need to plug this one thing in and everything lights up. And the camera, the teleprompter sound system. So it's all just kind of plug and play. And then these allow me to have a more organized fashion for all my life, like my live stream stuff. This is the microphone to go into the Rodecaster. So this is my iPad with the stand, which is very cool because it can go up and down. And that allows me to be able to have. I have the same screen. Let me make sure I can actually show you this real quick. Give me one second. Oh, by the way, these. This is my view. So it's a little early in the morning and you can see the sun's just rising. The sunrise is just over there, which is nice indirect light. I do have a problem, and that is in the middle of the afternoon. It gets really, really bright. So I'm going to have to do something about that as we get into summer because it gets very bright to where I can't see my screen. Like, this part of my screen gets messed up. Like, I can't even see it because it's so bright right next to my screen here. But then over here, I have quick access to boom. And we are good to be able to record immediately. This is a nice camera. Oh, check this out. This is my new. This is my Christmas present. My mom. This is a nice canvas from Bri and I from this past year. But, yeah, I can just swing my microphone out and immediately I'm ready to record. I put the books up there, honestly, not because I need to see the books, because they're literally like, right there. Then I'm gonna have another one. It's because it's. It's kind of my shield right now from very harsh light in this, in the afternoon. So I'm kind of duck down a little bit and get a little bit of a reprieve. Okay. So this is my iPad. It sits right here off to my side. I don't use it for anything. So there's no like these are all just like the standard apps. I keep black background. It's not like fancy. I don't use it for anything that's like entertainment at all. So no social medias on here, et cetera. The main thing I use it for is this. Right here is my schedule on the right hand side. And then over here is my task list. So this, these is a split screen. And then I just use the shortcut, this little thing you can make shortcuts and I just tap on that and immediately there it is. So while I'm working, I got my screen up top here, my screen here, and then this one over here. This one's like my on schedule task list, etc. I have my laptop here. It's connected to my imac. However, yes, this could be a cheaper setup by just having a regular secondary screen. But I want to make sure that this works exactly like this. So if my laptop ever went down or like I forgot at my house, I would not have to go back. I could work everything from here. So everything is synced from this computer to this computer. So if this literally got trashed tomorrow, I could still work off everything here. Put my phone over here, little string deck. With one push of a button I can get ready for my Mastermind. Then I have my email. So Superhuman, Slack and WhatsApp. And then what I do is I put my make sure I don't have any emails. Okay, so on the left hand side I have a slack. On the right hand side I have Superhuman. But it's all running off my laptop. Again, everything off of one plug. So this one plug connects the microphone, it connects the stream deck and connects my iPad. Everything is connected through this one cord. And then over here I have a little fan. This is the best $8 I've ever spent. Obviously have a little bit of a connection port back there. These little things are actually pretty cool. I got them on Amazon. So what you can do is you can write notes and there's just times when you need a little reminder. But it sits right in there like that. I also use it for video notes, stuff like that when I'm recording up top here. Or like the mastermind, I'll put little notes on here for updates and then just pop them right there. Yes, I could put them on my iPad and that's usually where I do my my note taking. But in case there's a little note or I want to hand a note to someone, there it is. I slide this keyboard and mouse under here because it does work. And it automatically syncs up. So I can use this mouse. And suppose it is a bunch of research about having a physical mouse being way faster than a trackpad. I don't know why, but I love a trackpad. I don't know if it's because I use it so much so long like, but I like a trackpad. So I still use the main trackpad on the laptop. This is the best thing. If you have a desk. Buy one of these bad boys. Mostly because when you're walking on this bad boy in the afternoon and get a little warm, you're good to go. But right now, the bane of my existence is cord management and little organizational thing. I have a lot of little doodads like this thing that I really like. So for example, this can change. Bam, let's go. So. And it can change the hue of the color, the color of the light, et cetera. But see all these cords? Not a huge fan. I could do better. Also. This is the big one. Especially when people walk in, like, not great, the cords there. So that is the most in depth tour of my office you'll ever want to see. Still a work in progress as I'm saying. Like, look. Look at all these cords. What are we doing, folks? What are we doing? But I got the trash can right there. And this is. This is where the magic happens.
Good morning, you guys. I'm currently at the office shipping off some books. Aside from all the orders we got from the Black Friday livestream, Mike is running this thing. Everyone who finishes a course that he has on his website, they completed all the way through. Watch all like five hours of it. I think they get a free book. I am currently shipping all of those orders right now. So it's actually crazy how many we have right now. These are soft covers. There's still some in those boxes. And then we're keeping just about 20 of the hardcovers. I've been on book shipping duty for a while. So let's go ahead and get these shipped out.
There's no option. And he says he has about 22% profit rate.
Perfect. I'm excited to jump into this. So basically your video is pretty much done. So this is the final piece we need. This always goes at the end of every turnaround video. So how we usually do this is from start, like at the top. So liquidity. We'll just run through everything he wrote down. Then we'll go down to leads, everything, labor, everything, leadership. And then we'll go down to the six week plan. And you can give as many details as you'd like. I'm gonna let you take it away as this is being recorded to end up in the video. There's this super cute local farm stand that I come to every now and then just to get, like, milk and eggs and stuff. Because they have unwashed eggs. I prefer to get unwashed because. Fun fact, you can actually, like, just leave them in your pantry on the shelf and don't have to worry about refrigerating them and save refrigerator space. That's what I do. I just store them in the pantry. So come here to get my unwashed eggs. And I actually am probably gonna try some honey. These jars are really cute. I've never tried their honey, honestly, but I might get a little jar. But they have so much stuff in here. Like, they have coffee, coffee cups, nuts, obviously eggs. Looks like crocheted dish towels. Fun fact. I used to crochet. Not very well, though. And then I guess, like, potholders, soup kits. What is this? Barbecue sauce? I think different salt and peppers. And then they have a whole freez, like locally grown beef, yogurt, creamer, cold eggs, dips, yogurts, like shirts, the whole nine. And then back there, they sell, like, milk and cream raw, thankfully, from their cows here. So I definitely prefer to get raw. I love buying locally. I definitely prefer to do that over just going to the grocery store. Wow, these eggs are so dirty. That's also, like, the downside of getting unwashed is, like, they can be really dirty, but if you want them shelf stable, that's the way to go. So I'm getting three dozen eggs and a little thing of honey. There's so many farm stands around here. There's like, none where I'm from, which is Alabama. I was, like, shocked by the fact that they trust people enough to just, like, pay them through Venmo or do a cash drop and not, like, steal. I need to do math real quick. 18 plus 16. That's really bad that that's not off the top of my head right now. So they have their Venmo code here, the cash drop. And I always use Venmo, so gonna pay them the 34 for my eggs and honey. Mike is really giving a lot of his time and effort into the new studio videos that they're kind of working out. They started uploading on Tuesdays on his main channel instead of just turnarounds on Fridays. So it's more like podcast studio style. He has a presentation he wants to use because they're filming on Monday, and he Needs some props for it. So I met Lowe's right now getting the supplies he needs, and he needs, like, flexible pipe duct, like. Like a. That situation, and then a. What's this called? Like, a T. T joint. That situation. It's, like, so random. I'm like, lowe's should have it, right? Lo has everything. I'm definitely going to go in. And first thing I'm doing besides finding the bathroom is finding an employee, because I'm not going to wander around wasting time looking for it. And then he needs, like, colored tape, I think. So let's see if we can go find it. I'm totally lost in this place. I don't even know where something like that would be. Like, ventilation situation. Where's their ventilation aisle? I'm going to head to the office here in a little bit to drop those off for Mike to actually see if that's what he wanted. But first, I'm also going to take him some cookies that I'm going to make in my new KitchenAid. I love it. It has, like, four different attachments in there. This whole time, I've been using a little rinky dinky hand hand mixer that I got from, like, home goods for, I think, like, 15 bucks. And it would spew butter or whatever I was mixing everywhere. So Mike got this for me as a very early, like, a month early birthday gift. When it comes to giving me gifts, he cannot wait until my actual birthday. He has to tell me what it was like the day he ordered it and the day it came. I'm not mad about it. I can use it as much as I want now. I absolutely love how there's, like, there's a half speed. Another problem I had with my hand mixer is that, like, it would go so fast that I couldn't slowly incorporate, like, dry and wet ingredients or whatever. It would just, like, spew everywhere. So needless to say, I am so excited to use this and to say a big thank you to him again for getting me this. I'm gonna make him cookies in it. Of.
Course. Hi, Vlog. We're going to Lowe's. I was really interested by the fact that they took down home improvement warehouse from the sign. It used to be there. Now they took away figure. Very commerce, very, you know, big brand of them. Also right now, banners have a great time to steal because they have the Loomis truck here with the cash. Also $10,000 golf cart. Crazy. Now, I say this every time I get here, but then you get in here, it's like, okay, that Is pretty cool. We got backup mirrors. We got a touch screen. Do we have a horn? No horn.
Yeah, right here.
Where? Oh.
Oh.
And it has. It has rest. Yep. $10,000 and it could be yours. Okay, so today we need to get several things, but first, look at these shoes. Those are my new fresh fit. They're from on cloud. These are my new shoes that I got because they're matching homeworks. Branding. Orange brand. It's a sign from the universe. Look at. There's an orange water bottle. That's, like, good colors, too. Okay, we need gloves. Gloves, yeah. What brand I got was sufficient? But we got more things because we are having a demonstration on the video that I'm making on Monday. But you won't see it for, like, two months on the main channel because we're, like, way ahead. But I need, like, cheap, cheap gloves. Just the cheapest stuff they got. Name one pair, and we're gonna return in them. How is a five pack? Six dollars and one pack is, like, 15 bands. I could go orange or yellow. Why is there only medium? I need small. I'm a small guy. Banna, you married a small guy. Doesn't work. Yeah, that'll work fine. See if it'll fit. Oh, they got elastics on them. Then I need a big, big pipe wrench.
This is like the man's version of a target.
You know, I don't go here half as much as you go to target.
That's true.
Back in the day, I did go here a lot. This is actually what I needed.
I did have those. Yes, but not the 4 inch. I had to get the 6 inch because the only.
Oh, the t bone. Yeah, yeah. Okay. So my vision is this weird. We have eight pieces of this pipe, which, by the way, $6 for this little piece of aluminum. Bam. We're in the wrong business. Anyways. These are pieces of the sales process. When you put it all together, you go from a prospect to a lead. This is not good because it has all these where there's going to be leaks happen. Not good. So what we're going to do is we're going to take bana's pipe that she got me, and I'm going to extend it from one side to the other side. So the leads or the prospects become leads without any sort of leaks in the. In the sales process. All right. Is that very clear to everybody? All right, here we go. We got it. This will be a prop. I'll keep the tag.
All right, folks, that is the end of the vlog shocker. We're at a coffee shop. To work. To spend our Saturday. But thanks for watching. Bye.
Bye. Bye.
