Yeah, Hey, I had you guys cut my trees. And I just had a come by and ask me who cut them. And he goes, this is completely wrong. So I'd like somebody to come out and look at how the trees were cut. I don't know if you have anybody that can come out and look pretty bad when somebody comes by and knocks on my door and says, hey, your trees are cut wrong.
One of our competitors literally tracked our trucks, followed the guys around for the day, and then went and knocked on all the customers houses and just told them we were doing a bad job. What would you do in this situation?
