I thought admin hires would be easier than field labors, and I was so wrong. It's so wrong.
Way hard. I thought the same thing. Now, like, I'm a big believer it's the exact same thing. You're still gonna have churn. They still need management, they still need metrics, they still need one on one calls, they still need retraining, quality control, all of that. Like you're spending most of your time on admin.
