Mike Andes and Jack discuss a labor broker named Carl who recruits workers from South America, Mexico, and Guatemala for landscaping companies. Carl handles visas and paperwork, and his service costs roughly $25 to $30 per hour per worker, which includes workers' comp and taxes. Carl sources between 40 and 70 workers at a time.

Questions this video answers

Somewhere between 40 and 70 workers.

Almost $30 per hour (Jack: "basically almost 30 bucks an hour").

South America, Mexico, and Guatemala.

A broker named Carl.

There's a guy named Carl, and he finds somewhere between 40 to 70 guys from South America, Mexico, Guatemala. They come up and he does all the visas and the paperwork and then sends them all off to other landscaping companies. So Jack's a part of that. All those guys are awesome. But it is really expensive to have Carl do all the visa work and all that kind of stuff.
They're going to be 29, 25, but that covers. That covers everything. So I don't have to worry about, like, workers comp. And that covers all the taxes and stuff like that. So basically almost 30 bucks an hour. Pretty much, yeah. So they're expensive.
