A short promotional/testimonial segment from a YouTube video aimed at landscapers emphasizing the importance of training, leadership, and vision. Multiple speakers praise the Landscape Summit (2023) as an essential event with high-quality speakers, practical guidance on leadership and numbers, and resilience in the face of adversity; the summit is slated to reemerge at the Omni Hotel in Louisville.
Maybe this sounds crazy.
But it's supposed to be hard. I love that it's hard. I wish it was even harder.
Our purpose.
Is to save.
Lawns and impact people.
We are going to work on your dreams.
That would never have happened unless there was a real commitment to training.
I truly want the best for them. I want them to win.
And in the face of adversity, recessions. When a customer freaks out at one of your employees, they're looking at you to come fix it.
If you're not here, you're missing out. Absolutely phenomenal event. Great speakers, great food, all.
The levels of speakers. They have such an in depth level.
Of knowledge, high level ballers.
On stage. They're just getting into numbers. How to be a better leader.
And the vision that you have is so tiny. And the size of business you believe you should build is so below your personal capacity and how many jobs you can create and what you can create for your church and your family and for your community that there's nothing to be remembered for. There's no one that wants to follow a leader that has no vision.
If you're not at the landscape summit, you need to be here.
Landscape Summit 2023 will reemerge at the Omni Hotel in Louisville.
