Mike Andes demos new Co-Pilot CRM features, focusing on the dispatch board and its mobile functionality. He highlights seeing all jobs on a map during the day, viewing truck locations in real time on mobile, and multiple schedule layouts (linear schedule, grid view, calendar view) to manage daily work.
Okay, so you might like this on copilot, the dispatch board. I really like the fact that you can see all the jobs on the map throughout the day on a mobile device, as well as where your trucks are at. So it makes it super helpful, even when I'm out in the field, to be able to see all this information and see everything on the mobile device. In addition to my regular schedule, which looks a little bit more linear and is designed more in this fashion, I kind of like the grid view and on today's schedule just to be like this. So I can just work my way through my calendar, but there is also a calendar view.
