A short excerpt from a YouTube video by Mike Andes (uploaded April 26, 2023) capturing a phone/voice conversation about a competitor, Green Acres Lawn Care. Participants discuss that Green Acres is listed as "closed permanently"/"out of business" but there is an issue of bills/charges being sent to customers despite the company’s closure.

I'm having a heck of a time here. But you had nothing to do with sending a bill from Green Acres Lawn Care like Green Acres for any spreading of anything on my property.
We are not associated to Green Acres. I'm tracking them down to see they might be associated with.
Yeah, it gives a number that says out of business. Closed permanently means out of business.
One of our competitors went out of business three years ago, and today they started charging the credit cards of their past customers, which just happened to be one of our current customers now.
