A CRM is potentially the most important technology that a service business can have outside of their website. The actual fulfillment and administration of the business can be massively improved. The efficiency and the profitability by having a good CRM software system and trust me, there's a lot of them out there.
However, recently I was at Equip Expo and I literally walked down every single aisle and I looked and won after the other software system that was being presented was bought out, had been acquired, had merged into some sort of conglomerate, was vc, venture capital backed, private equity backed, and there was no founder led CRM software systems. I truly believe because of venture capital, the lack of founder led companies in this industry over the past one to two years there has been very little innovation and leadership in the CRM world for service based businesses. The reason for this is very clear. These venture capitalists are simply cutting costs and sharpening pencils and trying to make the spreadsheet of their business as powerful as possible so they can one day take it on the public market. Now, because of the recession, this is all going to change. These high flying tech stocks, these high flying tech valuations will come down and because they have already, they aren't able to raise more money, they aren't able to raise the next funding round and no one wants to have a down round when it comes to raising funds for a piece of software. So what are they going to do? They're going to cut out software engineers, they're going to cut support, they're going to raise prices to be able to try to get through the recession. And guess what happened to innovation? It's going to stop. Now. I have gone on record saying that I had no plans of starting a CRM and at the time that was true. But over the past 12 months as I've tried many software systems, looking for the best alternative for Augusta lawn care and trialing many of them, getting to know the founders, getting to know the tech developers, and looking at the actual tech stack behind these products, I realized there was no other choice but to start my own. And it is for that reason today I'm very happy to announce that starting In February of 2023, CoPilot CRM.com will become available for all of us to use.
Over the next 12 months. Our roadmap is to cherry pick some of the best features from all the different CRM systems that exist now. But take the ones that are actually useful and implement them into copilot starting into the next 12 and 24 month goals. We have a mass amount of work to be done that we truly believe will be revolutionary in this world. We are going to use AI artificial intelligence to be able to tell you exactly which customers you should cut, exactly which customers you should raise prices, exactly which services are your most profitable, exactly which customers are making your route optimization horrible and you should cut them and let them go. We're going to be able to help you keep track of how long it takes you to close estimates and give you feedback on how you can improve your close ratio. These are all things that can be solved with the software and the data that's already inside your CRM software. All that is needed is someone that drives the vision of us as service based business owners. And unfortunately out of necessity that is going to mean you.
Copilotcrm.Com is owned 60% by myself and 40% by the founder of Lawn Pro software.com whose name is Patrick Cash. Patrick will be serving as the cto Chief Technical Officer of Copilot and I as the CEO. We'll be focused on making sure the features that we bring is what the users need. We'll be having a community of Facebook group people that are connected and no longer having silos within the organization and a revolving door of the best talent and sharpening the pencil and trying to make support as abysmal as possible. That will no longer be the case.
The features on the roadmap that we have planned for 2024 and beyond are unlike anything that any other CRM package allows. Whether it be the direct integration with Lawn Care web design clients you can seamlessly have estimated scheduled directly from your website. Or that we're going to also use AI to be able to accurately predict estimates without you having to measure the properties when a customer comes to your site for a quote on mowing.
You will ensure that P4P Software.com has an integration with Copilot so that throughout the day your employees will be able to see live a dashboard of how much they're earning while they're working, as they're completing jobs. Not only will the employees have a cockpit, you'll also have a live dashboard of your own. A cockpit that you step into and you see the KPIs of your business in a very pictorial and graphical form where it's easy to understand, digest and to make decisions inside the business.
Again, over the next 12 months, there's a lot of features we're going to add to an existing platform that already works. LongPro Software.com we're taking that technology, rebranding it, and create for the enterprise level user. We're no longer going to be focused on small 1:2 employees. If you want to scale your business to a million plus, Copilot will be the solution as we build out a much stronger automation package to rival that of service Autopilot and some of the big players in our market.
But beyond that, beyond all of that, the things that we will be focused on are the things that will actually move your business forward. Things like being able to have a debit card where your employees are paid on a daily basis from their cockpit on their cell phone through P4P software.com these integrations, these features are absolutely possible to be able to tell you exactly what you should be doing in your service based business, because the data is already there. And so now when you open up your computer and you step into the cockpit of your business and see the dials and the knobs and the numbers, you'll be able to make the decisions based upon objective data of what your company should be doing in the moment.
We've used Service Autopilot and a myriad of other CRM softwares in the past. None of them are going to touch what we're going to be building over the next couple years. And furthermore, the community that we built around this product will be unparalleled in this industry. So you're gonna have to wait just a few more weeks because in February 2023, the CRM World will change. So if Autopilot has failed, you call Copilot and step into the cockpit of your service business.
