What's up? Copilot family Christian here with tech support, sales and consulting. Today we're going to do another comparison video between Copilot and Yardbook. And today's topic is going to be payment processing. In specific, the ability to have HCH or direct transfer.
Super important. We're going to start with Yardbook and we're going to kind of specifically just look at the enterprise level or the highest level for both CRMs. As you can see, we're going to start with Yardbook. As I scroll down, I know for a fact that they do not have the ability to have HCH and they're anywhere between 2.9 to 4% for their credit card payment. I believe they do not have the ability to auto charge credit cards as well as not the ability to have HCH as well on file. If we will go ahead and take a look at Copilot CRM at the enterprise level, we have both the ability to auto charge credit cards as well as the ability to auto charge HGH on file. Even serums that do have the ability to have ACH on file, they won't have the ability to auto pay on HCH because they want you to use the credit card processing and essentially kind of make money on that. Right here at Copilot, we do Stripe and PayPal. Stripe only charge, they charge us 2.9%, which is what we charge our users as well as we believe in spending more time right now in our, in our stage with the software creating, you know, something that's actually going to be functional and useful within the industry rather than creating a CRM that essentially focuses on just making money through our payment processing. So 2.9 is flat for us as that is what stripe charges us. Most CRMs that you're going to see that do have the ability to have ACH on file, they'll be at a 1%, capping around $10 of your revenue. Here at Copilot, we believe in a 0.8% which is the lowest within the industry. You're not going to see that anywhere else and it's at a cap of $5. So you know, within Copilot, with this company, as you're growing, you know you're going to make a choice to be able to provide larger jobs. Maybe you're jumping into landscaping, what have you, you're going to be able to save a lot more money, hundreds of dollars of money. When you, when you do choose to do the HCH on file for some customers. Copilot University, again, go ahead and check that out. Gain a little bit more information on some of these features that Hope you enjoyed this video. I look forward to helping you guys out in the future.
