Hey everyone, it's Mike Andes, co founder and CEO of Copilot CRM. And I just want to first and foremost say thank you. If you're watching this video, you have pre registered for Copilot as we are about to launch here and I want to give you some updates of what's going to happen over the next couple weeks as we begin to allow waves of users into the software. Over 500 people already have registered and got in line to join Copilot and I am very grateful, grateful and humbled and thankful for each of you that have done that. Next week we will begin allowing users in every single day, probably 30 to 50 a day. If you have pre registered for Copilot on the website, you will be able to get in before the end of February. And the reason we're doing that is just to ensure that you're able to have a stable product and be able to immediately start using it for your business. We don't anticipate having any sort of lags and slowdowns or bugs that prevent you from using the software. The last thing I want to do is put 500 people in a scenario where something's not working correctly and it is not usable. We will prioritizing stability and over the next couple months that will be our focus. Obviously during the summer and the fall and the winter of 2023, we will focus on adding a lot of features and innovating and especially creating more enterprise level features for businesses that are doing seven figures plus. But for now we will be making sure that, that the product is stable, that there aren't bugs, that it moves quickly and is very efficient. So a couple things I want to clear up because people say crazy things online. First and foremost, you will be able to import customers from day one using a CSV file. So if your, if your CRM, your current one jobber, service autopilot, wherever you're currently using, allow you to export CSV files for your customers, products and services and any assets that you have, like equipment that will all be able to be imported into copilot. From day one, I literally just imported 1200 customers out of Service Autopilot into Copilot in about a matter of three to five minutes. In the future, we will be making sure that an individualized input process is used for different CRMs. Whatever software you're moving away from, we are able to tailor the importing process into Copilot. However, for now I am very confident that the, the ease of importing those customers, those services and products will be very seamless and there'll be tutorials on how to do that. Originally, we had anticipated to have a phone support and Zoom Call support. In the summer of 2023, we decided to move that up right to day one and we are making sure that the team is equipped to be able to answer your questions and support you as you imported and onboarded into the new software. We will be ensuring that the chat support is available for everyone. For those paid users, you will be able to have access via phone and Zoom Call support. We will not have it where you call in and have to wait for a long period of time, but rather you'll be able to use calendly to book your appropriate Zoom call. If you want to do a screen share or a phone call directly with the support team, our goal over the course of time is just to improve and constantly make the support even better. Second thing I want to clear up is the fact that I am very aware that that there are other software systems and there are other people saying stuff about Copilot and I'm just not going to get into the noise and what people are saying. There is nothing inside of my heart or anyone working here at Copilot that wants to see another CRM fail. We want to take away market share from them, that we want to see them do poorly because of Copilot's existence. That is not the reason why Copilot started. The reason we started is because I feel like there's a need for the home improvement small business owners in many industries to be able to have a more innovative product. And I've seen that stall over the past two to five years. And I would be thrilled if by Copilot getting involved, a lot of these other CRMs are forced to innovate, invest more in their product, invest more into their software, invest more into their support. And what actually is moving the needle for small business owners. That's all I care about. And so you will never hear myself, anyone here at Copilot and the support team ever say anything negative about another CRM. That is not the reason why we exist. We started Copilot because no one else was innovating the way I felt it should be done. And I truly believe that by us being competitive in the marketplace, it'll only make it better for the small business owner. And that's all I care about. Thank you all so very much for your support. It means the world to me. If you are in the wait list, you will be in the software before end of February. I can guarantee you that. And we're going to be starting next week with waves of people until everyone is inside. And I just want to say thank you all so very much and hope this update cleared anything up. And I look forward to being able to put you guys into the software starting next week. Take care. I appreciate it.
