I know for sure. Like I need to be the manager, but I guess I need to be the admin as well. If he's going to have an admin person, someone in the office helping answer phones, do emails, payroll, etc. He's going to need to create standard operating procedures or SOPs for that person to actually be successful in their role. And if the person's remote, you even need more management experience or at least systems in place, because otherwise they can go rogue very quickly and not be efficient.
