At 1.5 million plus in revenue, you have multiple people in the office and I would recommend you cross train them to reduce key man risk. If you do have your spouse in the office, they're going to do a phenomenal job. Absolutely amazing. Just make sure they record everything they're doing. Because what I don't want to happen, and I see this in all sincerity, because I see it happen so often. People build very good, profitable businesses and their spouse gets pregnant, gets sick, they have relationship trouble, There's a little bit of space where they need to spend some time away from each other. These are periods of time that wipe businesses out. And no one posts about that on social media, writes a book about what happened in their personal life that caused their business to close down. They don't. They'll blame it on the market, they'll blame economy, employees, et cetera. And those are all good excuses because I understand you don't want to bring up the fact that because you had some rocky part in your relationship or someone got sick, or there was a miscarriage, or some horrible thing happened in life, I don't want you to lose your business over it. And these are why I create systems, because I see it so often of the time. And so anything that right now is your crutch, the thing that you lean on, all of your time and energy on any person in your organization that you couldn't work without, that the business would fall apart without, is a absolute liability to scaling the business.
