This is a YouTube video titled "Employee QUITS after Mower Disappears 🤔" containing a conversation between two speakers discussing an incident involving a stolen zero-turn mower, an employee who quit after the event, and related workplace issues. The dialogue appears to be informal and focused on internal company matters, recorded in July 2025.
We had a zero turn stolen yesterday.
When all these ears run around, I'll tell you what I think.
Okay? Okay.
Yeah. We weren't even going to fire him. He's not here today. He sent us a picture of truck wires that are trailer wires and said they got cut.
He left it two days ago at the job site. Yesterday morning, came out here and told us that they had left it in the hoop because it wasn't working. Well, I checked all my security cameras. They never put it in the hoop. So then I. We have dash cams in the trucks. I checked his dash cam. So he left it at a large commercial property. So they went back to look for it yesterday. Another crew did, and of course it was gone. I'm not going to just fire him.
He naturally quit on his own. I just gave him the opportunity two hours ago for me to pick him up. He was supposed to send me his address. Right. When I got off the phone, he blocked my number because my messages are no longer going through. So there's your answer on that one.
And we have another crew leader who didn't show up today because he's in court. They are good to go, though, without him. Still no.
