Mike Andes walks through a workflow where estimators film every job site, upload the video to Google Drive, and share it with both the crew and customer. This replaces written estimates with a visual record, cutting misunderstandings and making sure everyone sees the same thing before work starts.

If the customer, the crew leader, and the crew can see that video, it really kind of clicked that everybody is going to know exactly what was said and that what was accepted by the customer was based off of the video and not the words, or not the, the written words on the, the proposal.
Google Drive, upload, change file name to the name of the customer. When that job is accepted, on the next day you're going to send that link to the crew and you're also going to include it on the estimate you send to the customer. Estimate videos. That is meaning after the end of the job or at the end of the estimate, when you're done meeting with the customer, you say, hey, Mr. Jones, appreciate you. I'm going to get an estimate to you within 24 hours. I'll make a video of the project for the crew. And just so you know, that video is going to be attached on the email I send to you so that you'll be able to view exactly what the crew is seeing on the day of the job. What are you thinking?
