So when customers accept my estimates, I actually make sure that I don't use first come, first serve. I'm going to schedule and prioritize my recurring jobs and the ones that are time sensitive. It's not just whoever calls me first gets on the schedule. Honestly, if someone accepts their estimate, I'm thrilled. I'll just get them on as soon as possible. Sometimes that does mean we got to work weekends and evenings. It gets a little hectic, but I'm just happy to have the work.
