Chapters
I'm driving this RV from Raleigh, North Carolina to Bellingham, Washington.
Day 10 we finally crashed the RV.
Our goal is to turn around 10 businesses in the next 10 days. Past three months, you've actually proven the law. Yeah. You've proven it works. So you really acquired from 175 to 1.2 million. Do not expand in a new market. And I know that's hard to hear. My name is Mike Andes and I travel the country fixing struggling businesses. And today I'm taking you behind the scenes as we take this RV and do just that. Hate to say it, I think you should try to get out of the business. Probably the grimmest outlook I've ever had though in terms of chance of success after a turnaround.
The model sounds so easy. Oh yeah know the model sounds so easy. Even when you told Nathan initially I was like, like it just sounds too good to be true. Cuz it is.
Yeah. We're not saying it's bad. Not saying it's impossible. Just saying it's extremely difficult. Any helps backing up?
No, no. I can just see just fine. Luckily there's nothing around for us to hit. Be pretty easy.
Think that's good?
I don't know if that's too dirty.
All right. I have determined which shirt smells less bad so I can wear the less dirty shirt. That's horrible. All I could think about is how I crashed the back all night. It was terrible. We'll see what it costs. Gear fixed up. I was looking at. I was watching the videos on how to fix the fiberglass. We'll probably just have to do like a minor repair so we don't make it worse. Or before we leave.
And then you should look up those really bad how to fix your car dent with top ramen life hacks.
Okay, I'll do that. I'm so excited to get sleeping in a bed tonight. It's going to be awesome.
Can you check the SD cards connection? More medley?
I have no idea.
It's like HOA fees. The more you pay, the cleaner the facilities get. Facilities get. How much do the loves cost?
About the same as this one.
Like 50 bucks.
Well, $50 over there.
Dude, someone charged my battery pack.
You're welcome.
54. That was actually probably the cheapest of all.
Wait, wait.
That was the best.
We pay $54 a night to sit on this pad.
That's a good business model.
Forget building hotels. Goodness, you only get like $150 or $200 a night.
The thing is, I was just a.
Concrete pad and a Whole house.
Some people live in these and like they stop at a rest at a camp site for a long time.
Probably got like six or seven hundred dollars a month though. I bet it's like way cheaper than a month. Surely, Surely. Oh, here, dude. I should be going on inside. I'll be right back.
I'll unhook the water. Oh, should we dump? Yeah.
Found footage Vibes.
There's just barely enough space for this entire cable.
Yeah, the house got super nasty. I think it's funny how many people commented that they also wouldn't be able to do this part.
It's the worst part.
Oh.
What the.
Oh, dude.
Has the sleep pulled down that.
Can you tell the camera what happened?
Day split and poop water.
That'll wake you up in the morning.
Oh my God.
I can't get close. I gotta get close enough to film.
I just ran like, it wasn't close.
Dude, it may as well have been. What a time.
Last day, Vibes.
Careful not to step on my throw up anywhere.
Good teamwork, guys.
Oh, it's nice and warm.
Oh, dude, my eyes are watering so bad. Dude, that ratter sucking these exhaust fumes.
Oh, God. Normal amount.
Do you actually throw up?
Just a little bit.
Let him know we had some snafu with the dumping.
Technical issues.
Yeah, we're supposed to leave.
We had a crappy situation.
We're like 20 minutes late. Yeah.
We. We cannot get a break from getting on time.
What a way to wake up. Is this yours, Mike?
Dude, you're such a ghost. Thanks for that. I don't think we're on time one.
Time this entire trip.
No, I think every single one.
We're like, well, we gotta come in.
Yes, come in. We'll be there. 20 minutes late. Casey, don't worry about us. Sat here hauling the poop around.
And these guys will do anything for the content. Huh. That's crazy.
There's so much pressure. I was like, oh, it's gonna flick out. Yeah. But then it sure enough just like backed up.
Thank goodness.
So what was it the actual, like, thick hose that.
No, the pipe going in the ground is blocked out.
Oh. And then all of it just like a volcano out of it.
The last person must have had a minute. You know, they filled this entire system up. They probably needed it. Give him the benefit outside.
We need a full refund.
All right, what time are we meeting him at his place?
Well, I told him 6 originally, but I just texted him and told him 6 20.
Oh, nice. So he can get coffee. That's fine.
We're not getting coffee? No, we're just like, wait.
Oh, really? It'll take that long to go over there? 25 minutes.
Oh, no. Okay.
No coffee. We're moving.
Okay.
Yeah. I didn't want coffee. That's all right.
Okay. This can't be put on camera, but.
We've been a little bit late, though. It's worked out. Like, the first turnaround we did, their team meeting went, like 45 minutes and we just caught the tail end of it.
I would argue, though, it hasn't worked out every time. They've just been accommodating because there's definitely places where we show up and the dudes are waiting and they're like, yo, so can we roll out yet?
And I'm like, yeah, thanks for waiting.
Oh, yeah. Like, I actually felt really bad about seven.
Yeah.
Because the guys weren't even supposed to be working that day.
I know it was a Saturday.
And I was like, oh, sorry, guys. Dead silen.
Yakima.
Yakima Valley.
I feel like I just yakima. Ed all over.
I yakimaed. All over my shoes. See, I was walking through the grass. I was like.
Just to make sure that they're.
Oh, God.
I don't know what to think about.
Was just really bad. We don't even talk about that anymore. I gotta be able to drink this coffee. But anyway, Ellensburg is a great stop in between here and Bell.
Hey, slow down. Hey, you're.
You're clear.
Turn tighter.
There you go.
All the way. You're good.
Sick teamwork.
Did some pretty large, like, lots out here. Well, like, lots that we maintain or. Yeah, yeah, yeah. To be honest with you, I wouldn't be too sure. Tell you, I just started with you guys last week.
Oh, yeah.
Good deal. Do you do any of the lots. Lawn care or just the pest control side?
I do a little bit of everything.
But I got hired on as a spray tech.
They needed a spray tech.
Gotcha.
Because that's what you have experience in. Is that you?
Yeah.
Okay.
Well, yeah, I wear all caps.
You know, I can go out mow.
With the guys, but they needed an extra spray text, so I'm here helping them out.
Good deal.
Hi, I'm Casey. Or I'm Brianna. Casey. Hi, Brianna.
Hi.
Candace. Nice to meet you guys.
Yeah, we tried the street sweepers too.
Oh, yes, we. So what I did and I. So I started a company in Yakima. It's an hour from here. Bought them out. Well, I didn't buy them. I bought this one. And we Bought this one in February, took over.
So the Yakima. Yakima up there, I had started that. Hillbilly Haulers, lawn care and junk removal. I started that when I was like 19 years old. And it's. I got out of it for a couple years.
You're good.
You mind if I mikey over?
Go ahead. When I started that one. And so when I started that, I was like, I said 20 years old.
Apps a day on our, like, road trip tour. We flew into Raleigh, North Carolina, last Sunday. Now an rv, and we've been driving back, coaching businesses.
Oh, wow.
Yeah, It'll be like 10 days, like 19 businesses.
I think.
That'S awesome.
One of those too.
Yeah.
There's these chairs. There's this one. You can bring out another chair.
Which business are you talking about? This Epic is.
Oh, wow. Okay, cool.
So you bought into Epic and was it pest control as well? So you're bringing over Hillbilly hauler duck removal, and then you bought epic?
Yeah.
Yep. Week later, old owner, nice guy. He goes, calls me up, goes, so I hear you're interested in the Z spray.
I know.
I'll take it, man.
Thanks.
He goes, are you interested in this business? What are you talking about? I was just like, what? So we had a sit down. He goes, I'm going through a nasty divorce. Do you want to take over? I was like, it depends on what it costs. So I took over the entity of epic. Up until last year, I was still.
Out in the field.
And there's days I still go out if my irrigation guy needs help or if the guys need help trimming or mowing. There's days I get bored. Like, I'm tired of sitting in the house or I'm doing out doing bids or something. I'll stop in, I'll jump on a.
Mower, and I'm done.
Yeah, we did well in junk ring Google over there. Over here, we don't get very many calls for it, even though we still offer the service.
So. So which one. Which services are we doing over the phone now? Is, like, here? I guess it'd be probably chemical applications.
Okay.
Pest control. Pest control.
Okay. And so really the only things that you have are getting like, pictures are going out to the site is for, like, cleanup. How long has it been since the acquisition?
When we took over? Yeah, I took over in me and Candace. We took over January.
14Th this year? Yes, sir. Oh, it's been very new, and it's crazy because the old owners were never. They weren't really present.
Yeah.
So it was Kind of just everything.
You know what I mean?
Like, you just throw something into a. Into a fire and watch it. Because they didn't care. On a good year, they made 750.
On a.
On a better year, they make 1.1.
Okay, and what do you make with just your previous business last year? That one we were at.
Business wise, we were, I think 175, something like that.
Oh, wow.
Because we just.
I just started.
Oh, wow. You really acquired from 175 to 1.2 million. I am very aware that you probably were successful at 400,000, but making the triple broke you. And you just haven't got the skill. Like, how do I get managers? How do I add more services? How do I make sure I have a tight billing? When they cross 30 days, what happens? Oh, there's fees. Okay, I'll hit 60 days. I have. Oh, they go to collections and I have a lien on the property. Like, those systems haven't been built out. And at 400,000, you were both in the field producing revenue, very profitable. Now you're both overhead of the business.
Your team. There is no culture. And you inherited a whole bunch of employees that probably have all sorts of problems. And so we made a bad acquisition. We can chalk it up to that.
We did. I mean, it was like a. It looked good on paper. You know, I seen that. The vision, you know, over the fence, but. Or behind the fence, trying to, you know, I get it.
Bottom line is they had a $400,000 year business. All of a sudden it tripled overnight with a business that was super unprofitable. If you actually listen to what they said, they had four employees doing about 400,000 in revenue. Now they have. They added 600,000 revenue. Oh, they should have six more employees. No, they added like 15 or 16 employees. So it just shows how low margin and like underpriced the acquisition was of all that new revenue. So like, literally he could be like, I'm a seven figure business owner. If you're losing money all the time, like, it's not worth anything. It's actually like negative. It worth like so bad, bad acquisitions. They were sold. Sold the dream. And the dream became a nightmare.
When we got this place, it was.
Pretty much all set.
You know, we had irrigation. Some of the stuff was kind of divided here. Got irrigation. And then we brought in. They're bringing these tanks to do.
Snow and ice.
Okay.
In the winter, we brought a compressor in mind here was a little. Not too cluttered. But I mean, the hangar ring it.
Needs to be a little bit more organized, I think. Okay. I hate to say it. I think you should try to get out of the business.
Is that the best thing? Just go back with hillbilly hollers and.
Do our own thing?
Because when we came over, we were in the green. We didn't owe anybody anything. All of our stuff was paid off.
That spray truck was owned out, right? Everything was owned out, right? That's it.
And we didn't even have issues with people paying besides ELF, you know?
Cause you. Oh, man, that's. Your cash flow's just decimated with the $7,000 ruining them. $10,000 going per month to this loan. There's no cash. You have payables up to 40,000 of vendors.
It's a toxic asset.
$350,000. They probably have maybe $80,000 worth of equipment, actually. So you paid $220,000, $280,000 for. Not for like a bat. Like, literally something that lost money. Oh, man. There's so much inefficiency. You can just look at it. The fact that there's 20 employees and a million dollars in revenue. Your effective hourly rates, like $40 an hour, you'll never be able to make money on that. The. The prices on those contracts are way too low.
So even if they pay, like, that'll get us out in the short term, but then I'd immediately be trying to get out of all the contracts. But we need to be able to make enough money to pay off these. These monthly payments. So just between the monthly payments, right now, we have 10,000. We have 17,000. So we need to be doing 80,000amonth in revenue just to pay off the current fixed expenses. They have, like, a 10 to 20% chance they get the 1 130. Like, there's a huge amount of overdues. Then I give them, like, a 60% chance of pulling it off, like, surviving.
I would say it's probably the grimmest outlook I've ever had, though, in terms of chance of success after a turnaround.
So, yeah, narrowed it down to four things they had to do right away within the next, like, few days. But all of them are high risk because they get sued.
Hey, everyone, it's Mike back in the studio. But this piece of paper was goals that I wrote down in 2018. And one of them is to travel the country to fixing struggling businesses. And I wanted to say thank you for making that possible. This whole turnaround trip is paid for from the members of Copilot CRM, Augusta Nation, as well as home service web design. Thank you for being part of this. I know you're never going to be on these, on the show necessarily or in front of the camera, but it's because of your support that we were able to spend over $1.6 million this past year traveling to these businesses, hiring the media team, the travel, all that's involved to make the show possible. And it's all because of your support. So thank you so very much. Now back to the episode. And remember, the full turnaround show for the businesses that we're visiting today will be posted in the next few months. Personally, this is a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday situation of executing from one to four. And it's a low probability of success, but it's the only chance we got. And the alternative is we hand the keys back to the owner and to your team. Like, hey, we're just being honest here. There's no money in this business and we bought this and we really wanted to do good here, but it's bleeding cash. We have a bunch of contracts that are underpriced we're losing money on. And so we're trying our very best over here. But as of right now, we're not going to be doing these contracts and we're cutting X, Y and Z from the team, and we're going to do everything we possibly can to make this work. And I understand it causes a lot of you to be afraid for your paychecks, and I'll be honest, they are at risk. But I'm going to fight tooth and nail to make sure we try to make that happen. And you're going to lose one or two good people because they're freaked out as they should be because they're worried about their paycheck. But that is the truth. You're gonna apologize.
Because, like, ultimately they came here for a job and now that's at risk. Hey, I'm sorry for making it sound like we're growing. And this is all great and amazing. I'm just not. Great numbers. And I'm sorry. Like, the numbers are being very clear to me. Like, we are not making money. We're losing money. You immediately contacting them, that email saying, we are going out of business if we don't do this on your property and we apologize. The fact that we have a contract, we know that it's not in case. We are very sorry. But when we acquired this business, we didn't know that pricing was so low and we cannot make payroll. This is a very harsh one. This is tough. But Let me know. They'll check in with you in six weeks, see how things are going. But I think if we do these four things, we have a solid shot.
I wish you all the best.
I thought it was very nice of you to actually give them a way out or, like, a solution to them still staying in the business. Because if I was you. Obviously not. If I was you, I would have been like, yep, there's no hope. Just leave.
Well, like the turn around the show, just by nature of the name, we need to have a solution. So whether or not a solution is high probability of success.
You know, that can be determined or, like.
Debated, but we'll see.
We're in Washington visiting Casey from Epic Lawn and Pest.
The business is on Track to make $1.2 million this year, but they have no money.
The business is on pace to make a $1.2 million this year, but they have no money.
They took a shark loan to make payroll this week.
Wait, did you say it again? And, like, ideally, you hit on the fact that they have, like, $230 in receivables or whatever, and then 100 of which is this other problem.
I'm not comping that number. That's why I'm just saying over 200,000 and then over 100,000.
Oh, yeah, it is. No, you can generalize, but, like, I just want you to say, like, where it is. And then you could even say, like, a huge problem is that the hundred thousand dollars is taking all of their time and attention.
Oh, you just want me to focus on that part. Yes.
Got to get a sunbathe again, dude.
Day 10 vibes.
Day 10 vibes. This is the last one. We're done. We survived.
Well, not yet.
We're close to being done.
Do you want these, or are they good throwaway?
You can hug them.
Okay. Thanks, Dave.
Wow, you're such a liar. In episode two, you are like, I'm gonna eat all of this.
The whole team goes to the gym. I get starburst jelly beans.
Life is good.
Just a serving for one.
You know, I was just vlogging to myself, saying how it's so important to take care of the body and the mind will follow. So I feel like this is the perfect Take care of the body.
Right?
Exactly.
Happy body. Happy body.
Yeah.
And then I tasted it, and I was like, I think I will kill me. I think I'll die too much.
Red 40.
Yeah, exactly.
Yoink.
Looks like an apple truck semi.
Yeah, with all the boxes.
Oh, no.
Where's my math?
You for Food? I don't know. That's what they were asking as well.
I mapped it and then I forgot.
Oh, maybe it was this one.
Take your glasses off and say something cool.
We made it easy.
My brain's so broken, dude. I smell horrific in my jail drink.
What do you think of the vibes?
Do you want to attempt to try to recap?
It's just blurting out. We, like, slept enough. Our brain would have been able to, like, actually categorize what happened that day. And, like, all right, that was a day.
So just one vlog. One day.
One long, never ending day one day, the next. Actually, you probably pretty good at it.
No, without looking.
Don't cheat.
Sunday.
We woke up at, like, way too early and got picked up by Zach in their truck and went to the hotel. I'm about to pick this up.
Yeah.
Went to the bus airport, flew into Raleigh from Raleigh next morning. On Monday, we did a turnaround there.
Where.
To make strong men need to find.
What that is, I. E. What is.
The diploma, what is the certification, and then what is the. The steps all along the way to get there. And now we have nothing to do. What are we supposed to do next? Because then leads will become the constraint. Yes. Right now if we get this loan and everything gets kind of like, our monthly payments are down, we have more cash. How do we actually use 100 grand, grow the business?
From there, we drove to Knoxville, slept, did a turn on the next morning, picked up.
Eric Bennegus first V. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Eric with a K. Nurse was a wife. Was a nurse.
She went to Pilates that morning at Bar 30.
Also, nurse was away.
True.
So you're kind of speaking on both sides of your mouth, right? You're saying, okay, I don't really want to get too many jobs. And I see this fear of, like, getting more leads because if someone leaves, then I'm dead. Yeah. So, yeah, there's definitely two roads you can go here. One is we raise prices, we make this much more manageable. I just tend to believe, like, right now you have more stress by getting more leads because you're almost stressed that if one person leaves that it's all is gonna, like, be right back on your plate. You working seven days a day.
Then we went to pick up the rv. The guy had a little kid who tried to stone my purse, got the rv, turned the rental car, drove to.
Indiana.
Are we gonna let the professional cameraman drive as well? Oh, God, no. Your first test is to start the motorhome. If you can't get it started. We are not gonna let you take it with you.
Did not go to Jason Murphy's because It was like 12 o' clock at night.
Gonna turn around for sad.
Through the winter you had stuff up.
Until Christmas, we were slammed. And then like the week before Christmas is when everything stops. And it took a week to take down Christmas lights because it's quick, right? So January, February is tough.
There is, there is debt. There's $256,000 of debt. I'm not super concerned by that. When you're growing by 4 or $500,000 a year like he is. I am a little bit concerned by the fact that we're doing 130 000amonth in revenue, has $60,000 in the bank, and we have an off season where we lose money.
Wait, after Zach, we went to Devon that night, did his coaching. Next morning, did the general manager thing.
You guys need to do an interview. I know we're way over time.
I thought, yeah, we're confused.
Is it way too late?
We'll make a really short interview.
Okay. I want to get your thoughts real.
Quick and then we'll let it go.
Let's get. Let's get a photo.
And then from there we went to Des Moines, Iowa where we did.
Eric Vargas. Yeah, that.
Yeah, that happened. My question is, how are we like when you say he goes out and works with it, what are you like, tell me like, not like I'm marketing sales. What are you doing? And then next morning we did Kansas, right?
No, Wetlands was on Saturday.
Wasn't that one that gusta day was.
From Iowa to Nebraska to Kansas.
They kind of keep our. That's not a very good spot for that. We keep kind of our small equipment hinges.
Oh yeah, yeah, that's very cool.
We had to maximize the space as much as we can. I mean there's not a whole lot.
We'Re working with out here.
Then we after that day, next morning we were in Kansas and we did Olen Wetlands irrigation.
We didn't forget how we drove to the wrong loves that night. I didn't forget.
I just didn't want to mention that.
Cuz you put in that we drove past it.
And then after Owen we went from Kansas all the way up to Colorado.
We would have got relatively early, like 8:30 that night if we would have.
Gone the wrong one.
Not true.
The Denver, Colorado media or the Lafayette area with four, five owners, that was. That was probably my favorite.
The skill that you have that most people don't have at Your size is the ability to look back and be like, there was carnage. Most people in this incident was like, hey, this is my first year. Like, in growth mode. We went from 35,000 to $200,000. I would take. It took me an hour to break through. Like, no. Like, there's three or four things. If you just fix it during spring rush, you'll go to 500,000. And so I would just really lean into the fact that you're in a community, that all these people have unlocked what you're currently going up against. And don't feel bad to ask them, like, what's the unlock?
That morning, we did Joel Heck separately, and then all five of them together. Then we drove to Utah. Monday morning in Utah. Fairfield, Utah. We did Emma and sandwich powerhouse $amal.
Growing a business when you're trying in a relationship. I've actually, like, I've never been to this phase where it's so hard with a relationship. Like, I only recently got married, and I fortunately got past that phase.
Then we drove to Boise, Idaho.
Eagle. Nope.
We did Dylan Horse that evening. Yes, we did Dylan Horse that evening in Boise. And then the next morning, we did Eagle, Idaho.
I'll be very prescriptive on this one part. Do not expand in any markets.
It.
Okay. Yeah. You're going to frustrate your field manager. Okay. Yeah.
Because that's where, like, what you. What you've solved in the past three months just doubled up. Like, I think you. You in the past three months, you've actually proven the model. If I would have come four months ago, I been like, this is shaky. You've proven it works.
And then. Which is yesterday, then today or yesterday we drove to Kennewick. Today we did a curling Kennewick and told them to quit their business.
I hate to say it. I think you should try to get out of the business.
Is that the best thing?
You're gonna apologize?
Because, like, ultimately, they came here for a job, and now that's at risk. Hey, I'm sorry for making it sound like we're growing. And this is all great and amazing. I just saw great numbers. And I'm sorry. Like, the numbers have been very clear to me. Like, you are not making money. We're losing money.
Now we're going home. So excited.
All right, what was the best turnaround I had? My favorite.
My favorite visit was the Augusta owners, but favorite turnaround.
There's three really good ones, in my opinion.
I know Mike's number one. Favorite one.
I think Devin Leau.
With.
The twins no, that's not definable. That from aboard the. The. The people who gave us the donuts.
No, that was Zach Francis.
No, see this box of donuts, this was completely full.
You sure you don't want any Celsius or donuts to go or anything like that?
Oh, dude, I'm definitely grabbing a donut or two. Oh, my gosh.
I don't care which one you take.
Yeah, take them both.
Oh, seriously?
What? Three hours ago.
Oh, okay.
Oh, Devin. Oh, that one. That was Devin. Here's the good news. All of that can be accomplished without franchising.
I'm someone that came from dropping out of college and getting judged. Like.
You'Re mowing lawns.
Like, why?
You know, oh, you just have a little push mower and. And, you know, listening to a lot of your content and listening to some other, you know, people over the years, you know, just. Just keep pounding through and. And getting to that point to then where people realize, oh, you know, they're not just people who mow lawns.
They.
They're.
It's.
It's much more than that, so.
Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you were talking about the young guy. I forget his name.
Zach.
Zach.
Yeah. Zach.
I think we're losing it. We just had this revelation with me.
Yeah.
That's why I didn't remember who Zach.
Was in your original.
I'm like, I don't remember what that was. What was your favorite?
I feel like my favorite is a tie obviously between today's and.
Oh, yeah, the one where you told.
Him to put his dream on the franchise.
I think there's a lot with Devin.
And it was so stupid slow to start. I don't know. We're going to lose so much audience before we actually make a breakthrough.
Well, we do edit it, so it will be edited. So where it's fast to start.
Doubt it. Okay, so my favorite.
Salmon.
Salmon.
What's your favorite one?
Maybe M. Sam.
I like.
Maybe today's. I feel like.
Today's is like the most drastic, which I think is like, probably the most helpful for us. It was probably the most drastic.
You know what's interesting? It was funny after the first one was like, man, we're going to have 10 straight of like razor prices. But realistically, every single one was like, pretty different.
So your first favorite was Emma and Sam.
Yeah. And then second one probably be.
I just realized who that was. Yeah, that was a pretty good one too.
Emma and Sam. Yeah. You just remembered who said.
My brain is mush, dude. My brain is A jar of peanut butter in this thing.
Oh, God.
No one wants that.
Griffin's was fun, but.
She wasn't a very expressive person.
Well, we also showed up at, like, night time. It went late.
Honestly, last night would have been good if we wouldn't back up the stinking septic.
Dude, last night's was straight up cursed. Last night hit the tree, backed up into the septic, couldn't do our laundry because who has quarters? Nobody has quarters. And, like, other bad vibes. Unexpressed bad vibes. Honestly, though, I don't. The RV is awesome for the bit. I don't think it's the best for turnarounds because.
It limits us at this size to four people. And, like, the price really isn't that much cheaper. Like, it really isn't that much cheaper. Because if we have to get gas two times in a day, that's two hotels this trip.
Yeah.
Because you can't move at all.
Oh, my God, I feel that.
Can't stand up. Oh, wow.
That little moth. That's the best one. I don't know what that is.
That's just mother Nature being so upset.
With how much she has to drink off.
Every time.
I like animals, I'm like.
What did.
I learn on this trip?
Oh, man.
I know what I learned.
Every single one is very different. Everyone's unique.
That's what you learn.
Stop bullying this guy, dude. He's on his last legs.
I don't sleep well in RVs.
Honestly, I think I learned. I, I, I should lean more into the personal light battles because usually, like, cast stems, A lot of it. And I got a little more confident with, like, pro a little bit. I don't like doing that to people if I feel like they're gonna be, you know, someone's gonna say negative things about them. But. And it is the thing that I think a lot of times kind of hurts them or, like, holds them back. So I got a little bit better. Like, after letting their guard down and then kind of trying to get into that area.
Aww. The car just texted me. He's, like, still gonna keep me with the media team once we move offices. I hope so. I love the squad.
Hell, yeah.
I don't have to text him.
No.
Who's this?
Jesus.
Stop texting. Immediate thoughts after getting home.
Gotta get the trash out, so whatever.
Do you need help?
Are you sure? My hand's right there. It's right there. Say the word.
If I fall backwards, then it begins. To the vlog. Okay, we need to end this on one last ready.
Oh, my God. I'm scared.
Wait, just come all the way down.
All right. They're figuring it out.
D d.
Oh, too strong? Hell, yeah. Got to flex on them sometimes, you know?
What can I say?
Wow. Dude, look at the time. Exactly seven. That's crazy.
Perfect.
Thank you for coming first.
Thank you for filming and for being an excellent editor and being Francis. Thank you for being Zach.
I've been working so hard. I've been working for, like, 20 something years on being Zach.
Really long time.
Nice.
Are you.
See you tomorrow?
No, but Friday.
Yes, I'll see you Friday.
Yeah.
Yeah.
All right. Gentlemen, thank you for all your help. Thank you.
Appreciate it.
Good stuff.
Thanks for driving, bro.
Yeah, dude.
Dude, I would say you did a great job.
Nothing happened, but.
Hey, we all made it out in one piece, you know?
The real road trip begins.
We're going back to Raleigh, North Carolina.
Buckle up.
