Begging you, flip a coin and choose one. Anyone, Just please start tracking this stuff. I talked yesterday to a landscaper. I was pulling up at the bank, saw this landscaper guy. I hadn't talked to him for probably five years because just been out of the field locally. I saw him park there. I rolled up on him, said, hi, how you doing? And he does hardscaping. We sub stuff to him all the time to subcontract the projects we don't do. And so obviously he likes us because we give him the work and stuff like that. But I asked him, do you use a CRM? Do you have any software? And he's like, no, man. I usually just tell my wife on text, and then she'll put together the invoices and we'll do paper and we'll send it out. You can't track this on paper efficiently.
