Always behind schedule. Today I asked them to trim the hedges, and they said that that is not a service they provide. I said, I need that service and will probably be looking for another company soon. The big fella suggested they could leave right now. So my prompt response was, get the hell out of here then. Not professional.
So this customer left a negative online review, but what really happened is we were at their property doing a mowing visit. They came out and asked if we could trim their bushes. We said, yeah, we'll do it for free today, but in the future you will need to get an estimate because it's not included in the mowing quote. They interpreted this as we did not want to do the work, and they got very and told the guys to get off their property immediately.
