A short YouTube video conversation (hosted by Mike Andes) about customer feedback in a call-center/field-service context. The speakers note that while a few calls are negative and get attention, most incoming calls are positive — customers praise timely, professional service and express satisfaction.
Some people are saying that our phone calls are super bad and we only have angry customers. The fact of the matter is we have hundreds, if not thousands of phone calls that come into the call center every single day, and we have to weed through hundreds of them just to get a couple really bad ones. Most of our calls sound like this.
I'm a first time customer. This is. This is the first time I'm doing business with you guys. All I have to say is you guys are on it. Can I just start with that? I don't. I'm not gonna throw another comp. I'm not gonna mention the name and throw them under the bus. But let's just say that I've been dealing service prior to you guys, and it just went all wrong. You guys are showing up. It's happening so quickly. I'm working and I'm like, what the hell's going on out there? And you guys are out there trimming my trees because it was time for my tree service and you guys were out there doing that just the day before yesterday.
We pride ourselves on being, like, being professional and being consistent and working efficiently.
Well, yeah, I appreciate that. And it shows.
We love to hear. We'd love to hear happy, happy customers feedback.
