I understand that laying off team members can weigh on you a lot, and it's not easy. I've gone through it before, too, but ultimately, avoidance is not a great business strategy. Trying to think about other things just to avoid the problem that's actually affecting the business could lead to massive ruin.
I just told everyone. I was like, I'm gonna have to lay, like, everyone off, and I'm just gonna do it myself again. They understood, and they, you know, they appreciated that I at least tried to, like, you know, get them through a week or two so they could try and find something else. I couldn't make it through. It was tough.
