A customer questions his lawn-care bill, saying the crew took too long based on when his camera first spotted them at 2:20 and last at 5 o'clock. The company explains they prioritize quality over speed. The customer backs off, saying he doesn't want them penalized and the yard looks great.
I had a discrepancy in the bill that I received. And I know it was a little overgrown, but based on my math, with how long it takes me to cut the front and backyard with a push mower, I could do it in the same amount of time. It took two guys with two zero turns. I looked at my camera. The first detection I got with my camera was at 220, and the last detection I got was 5 o' clock right now.
I hear you. And I mean, like, they kind of give you some perspective on our side of it as well. And it's not like we're trying to race to the finish line where we're working on your lawn either. More so about making sure, taking quality in mind.
Oh, I understand. I don't want the guys to get in trouble either, because they did a good job with the yard. My wife loves it.
