Who's the supervisor of this organization that you appoint? I'm having some issues with this company that I'm not real happy with. And if he's the lead guy, then I guess that's who I need to talk to about it.
So this customer was perfectly happy with the service and the end result and the price, but they were wanting to tell us in the online review that we should be doing the downspouts by hand instead of using blowers. Now, we could do it by hand, but my hand can only go so far down a downspout. If I have a blower, I can do a much better job. It just works better.
