HomeWorks founder Mike Andes launches a revenue-share program open to all members, offering 25% recurring commission on referred customers' subscription fees. Earnings appear as credits toward your own subscription, then pay out quarterly. Referred users get their first month free.
Hi, it's Mike Andes here at HomeWorks. And next week, the very first part of the events refactor will be released, and it's currently in beta, and I look forward to sharing it with all of you. But there's been something that we've worked on over the past few years that I wanted to share with you, and that is the rev-share program. Now, other companies have affiliate programs, or they have like, you know, you refer someone, you get a free month, things like that. We're doing it differently. This is a real legitimate rev-share program that is typically only given to partners or consultants when it comes to software. But it's gonna be available to every single member inside of HomeWorks. And you're going to earn 25% of the subscription costs of anyone that you refer to the software. Not for 1 month, not for 3 months, not for a year, every single month for as long as they're a customer, you get 25% of their subscription costs. It's not a one-time bonus, it's recurring income. And you can build this inside the communities that you're a part of, whether you have Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups, or communities that you're a part of in home services. Now, I wanna talk about why we're doing this because for some, they've asked, how can you even afford to give that large of a rev share to not just consultants, but every member that uses HomeWorks? Our competition, most, if not all of them, are private equity backed or venture capital backed. Meaning they have tens of millions, hundreds of millions of dollars that are used to advertise their platform on Facebook ads, Google ads, etc. We don't have that money, and the money that we do have, we put directly into the product. So whether that be building out the new API access, MCP access, the events refactor, it takes a lot of money, but we put that back into the product and making it better. And so instead of spending money on advertising, our goal is using this rev-share program to allow the community and the members of HomeWorks to allow them to participate in the growth of the software. So here's the basic math. With the 25% rev share, if you refer 4 people, you get HomeWorks for free. Now, if you refer more than 4, you're gonna get paid. So here's how it works. If you're a HomeWorks customer, what's going to happen first is those earnings are gonna hit your account as a credit to your existing HomeWorks subscription. Now, once your subscription is covered, those 4 people you've referred, then you're gonna get a check that's sent to you on a quarterly basis. So, mailbox money, as long as they stay with the software. Now, if you're not a customer and you're not existing member of HomeWorks, every dollar goes straight to you and it's just paid quarterly since you don't have that initial subscription to get a credit towards. The person you refer also gets their first month free. So if you have a small social media platform or a community of people that you're with, by giving them that unique code, they get their first month free. And as long as they stay, you get 25% of their monthly subscription. This has also been made possible because recently we added the onboarding and implementation calls where we will white glove and import all the data for a new member of HomeWorks. And over the course of a week, have 5 onboarding calls to ensure they understand the platform. That way, when you refer people to HomeWorks, they don't just leave after a few months because they don't understand or don't get all of their data inside the system. Because the longer they stay, the more money you can make now.
