The reviewer refused to share personal information and defended their comment; Andes asks for advice about how to respond given the business has no record of servicing that person.
This customer was very sly. They left a negative online Google review and we responded back saying, we have no idea who you are, We've never serviced them. It makes it clear that this person is probably a competitor or someone just trying to be malicious. However, their comeback was pretty good. Basically saying, look, I'm not going to give you my personal information. I'm only just saying based upon my previous experiences, I don't want you to come correct anything. What would you respond back with? Because obviously we've never done service for them, but they kind of had a good comeback.
