I'm the CEO of multiple companies and the founder of Augusta Lawn Care that has over 125 locations around North America. How do I do all of it? I make sure that physically, mentally and spiritually I'm healthy. I use an app on my phone to take a picture of everything that goes in my mouth. So nutritionally, my personal trainer can make sure that I'm staying on track for my busy schedule. This is better than trying to find some sort of caloric number, or tracking everything that I eat, or scrolling through endless lists of food items to be able to find exactly what I am eating.
