If you feel like you're micromanaging in your business and there's constant chaos because everything goes through you in terms of decision-making, use this AI hack to be able to solve that. Now, the first part I've heard a lot of people talk about. The second part though has really helped me in my business. The first part is creating a master prompt. It's usually like 10 to 20 pages long of everything about the business, your role, the objectives of the company, the finances of the business, and what you do for customers. And if you're like, I don't know how to create a 10-page master prompt, ask AI. Just say, I wanna create a master prompt, ask me 20 questions so you have full context. Now when you ask every chat or every project inside of AI, it's gonna have your master prompt and it'll have way better contextual ideas and information when it gives you answers and you are chatting with AI. That's the first part. And a lot of you have done that, but the second part has really helped me and that is share your master prompt with your leadership and your management team, the people that are making decisions in the business, so that instead of them having to run something by you or get your opinion or get 5 minutes in a meeting to run something by you before they make a decision, they can just run their ideas through the master prompt. And in their AI, they can say, hey, the attached master prompt is from the founder, my manager, my CEO, and I'm going to chat with you and I want you to bounce these ideas off of their master prompt. And assuming that your master prompt is detailed and honest, they should be able to get 95% of the way there. So if I do need to have a meeting, it's a 6-inch putt. They've already ran their idea through the AI, through the master prompt that has full context of the business. It'll save you time, it'll prevent micromanagement, and it'll empower your leaders and managers to make real change inside the organization.
