Chapters
Hey everyone, this is Mike. And today we are going to be talking about Augusta Longcare and the franchise opportunity. So not really a regular episode for the podcast, but if you're interested, if you thought about joining the franchise today, I hope we'll give you some more clarity about that. If you're not interested, you don't want to have anything to do with it. Just log into the next episode. We'll go back to our regularly scheduled viewing. So today we're going to answer the two primary questions behind Augusta Lawn Care. The franchise is what do I get as a franchisee and how much does it cost? That's really the biggest two things that everyone wants to know is like, what do you get as a franchisee? And then the bigger question is, how much is it going to cost me? Because the major drawback of becoming a franchisee is that there are fees involved. So let's go ahead and jump into it. So we're not too long today, but I want to, at the end of today's show, I'm going to show you a diagram actual that kind of has this summarized. But let's go ahead and talk about number one, and that is, what do you get as a franchisee at Augusta Lawn Care? And that number one thing is the website design and search engine optimization. And so we have a team that will build your website and we will customize it and do the search engine optimization, the SEO for your local area. So for example, like right now at Augusta Lawn Care, I'll tell you where we currently have franchisees. So we have five franchises that are sold. Three, they're in the works. Cause it takes two to five weeks to actually close one. And then we have two spots left. So, you know, if you listen to the last episode of the podcast, I had 4, 4 and 2. Now it's 5, 3 and 2. Because we end up closing one of those deals. And so we have a few more spots left in that first group of 10 franchisees. And we're gonna get into talking today why you wanna be part of. But right now we have El Paso, Texas. Sorry, El Paso, Texas. Houston, just outside of Houston, in Cypress, Texas, South Haven, Mississippi, Littleton, Colorado and Saline County, Arkansas. That's where we currently sold the franchisees that are in the books. And we got a few more in the next couple weeks that will be finishing up. And then we have a couple spots open. So I'm hoping to fill those spots with the people who are watching today. And I would love to get this wrapped up before the end of October. So that's what we're talking about today. And the number one thing like I mentioned is that you're getting as part of the franchise is the website and the SEO. So you will not have to think about anything with your website, aside from information that is collected from you prior to your training, as well as on an ongoing basis. You can always add information to it. So for that website, we're going to ask you a questionnaire of like, which services do you want highlighted on your website? Because we do not dictate, we do not say you can only do mowing, we do not say you can not do other things. You're allowed to do whatever services you want. And we can give you the systems and the ability to market those on your website. However, it's really up to you. And so the website design, we build the whole thing out for you, we customize it to your territory that is protected for you. So one of the things we're not even talking about today is the protected territory that you get, which is 100,000 people. And we give you five mile radius around a center point to protect you from any other franchisees ever getting customers inside of that area. And you can get customers outside of the area, they're just not protected. And it's really rare that we're gonna have franchisees that are butting up their five mile radiuses up against each other. But in terms of that protected area, that's what you're gonna get is those five mile radius around us a given point. But that area is the one we'll be targeting for the SEO of the website. So we would be using your town's names, we'd be using your zip codes, we'd be using your services. And all of our websites are very, very similar. If you go to augustalawncareservices.com you're going to see generally what the design will look like. However, you can add your own pictures of your own employees, your before and after pictures, your videos that you do on your job sites. That's all customizable. We can add that in each and every one of our franchisees to customize it to their personal location as they grow the business and develop it and have more pictures and more projects that they can highlight on their website. But we do all of that in house for you. We also are continually updating the website. So for example, one of the things that Google recently did is they do not like to see websites that are copy and pasted. So for example, if you were in, say Dallas, and you wanted to be a franchisee there, your URL might be augustalongerservices.com Dallas. Dallas. Now, if we just take that website, copy and paste it and make it over into, say, Bentonville, and all we do is change a few words from Dallas to Bentonville on all the website, we can't do that. Google does not like that. They don't like to see repetition. And so every single one of our sites, we're actually tweaking all our verbiage and a lot of the creative elements to make sure that Google does not penalize us in search. And so the big reason behind why this first group of 10 franchisees were starting in November training is November 14th, 15th and 16th here in just a couple months. The reason we're doing that for the first 10 so soon is because I want their website to be up and running and pumping out leads and highly ranked on Google already by the time next spring rolls around and they're getting a bunch of leads and the spring rush is in full effect. And so that's one of the major reasons why we're starting the franchise so quickly, is because I want to get their websites up and launched. And when you come November 14th, that's when your website will actually launch and you'll be officially open for business. Is the first day of training here, when you come at Augusta Corporate here. So the second thing you're going to get as part of the franchise, and I could go in deeper in terms of what we do on a monthly basis to upgrade the website. Always making changes. We're always split testing and seeing things like where should the buttons be for the estimate, how many form line items should be on the estimate request form, the erf. So things like that, we're always testing. You don't have to worry about any of that. We take care of all of that. When a lead comes in, we automatically are sending you an email and you're getting the lead information. And so it's very, very convenient. You don't have to think anything about it. Number two thing that you get as part of being a franchisee is ongoing training and marketing. So I'm just gonna list a few of the things that are kind of fall under that Cate. Number one is the monthly coaching calls. On those coaching calls, we're gonna go through what we call max metrics, which is essentially the daily, weekly and monthly reporting that you're going to be doing on your business. We're gonna go through those, make sure you have goals, make sure you're tracking towards those goals and seeing where you're deficient or not performing well in comparison to other franchisees. And so those monthly coaching calls are imperative to make sure that we stay connected, that you are not falling out of the loop, that you're not getting behind and that we're not fixing, that we can fix problems months, if not years in advance to when there might be an issue caused by a potential.
Bad decision now. And so those coaching calls are absolutely imperative, very, very valuable to the franchisees and something that allows you to really give comparative analysis and benchmark your success against the other franchisees. And so monthly coaching calls, those first 10 franchisees are gonna have me as their coach. That's not gonna be guaranteed in the future. Once we have 500 franchisees, I will not be able to do monthly coaching calls with everybody but those first 10. They will be getting calls once a month from myself directly, and we'll be going over those numbers with them also as part of their ongoing training and marketing. Right now, if you wanna do an ad campaign or you need to do door hangers or flyers or Facebook ads right now, you have to go out and create that marketing. You have to go create the creative, you have to do the pictures, you have to do the video, you have to do the slogan, you have to do the offer. All of that is done for you as a franchisee. So every single spring, every single fall, every single season, really, every single month, we're creating new marketing campaigns that you can use. And not just that you have to use, but you can take, you can download them, you can edit them and you can make them your own. So what that means is we're going to have high quality pictures and videos that has Augusta employees in it that allows you to take those pictures, add your offer, and boom, you're able to make flyers and you're able to make door hangers. And we have all those preset and preloaded so that you can literally just order them. You can just get 5,000 door hangers and you're good to go. Put your phone number on there and you're good to go. And so the ad campaigns are really, really, really valuable. Like I said, those monthly newsletters, instead of you trying to figure out how to do those all the time, every single month, we'll have them ready for you to go. You can copy paste, you can edit them and make it very, very simple for you to get those monthly newsletters. Create recurring revenue with your existing customers, keep yourself and your business top of mind in the past customers mind in terms of them needing services in the.
You know, those email newsletters as well as along a lot of the other things we use. The reason we can do that is because we actually are able to give you the documents, give you automations, give you so many tools through our cr, through the CRM that we use, which is Service Autopilot. And so we give you a password and we're able to, for example the newsletter, we're able to upload the document through Marketplace, then you have a password that you can download immediately and send it out to all your customers. So immediately you're able to get email newsletters, updated automations for follow up and for the sales process. And so that's all part of the ongoing training. In addition, there's a whole bunch of things that are just trying to save you time. For example, giving you ideas every week on ideas for team meetings, what you can be doing for leadership, team building, what you can do for safety meetings, giving you the tools, the resources and the ideas so you don't have to think figure those things out yourself and it saves you a lot of time. So number two thing that you get is ongoing training and marketing. The third thing you get is reporting and numbers. And so a big proponent of this is the fact that you have hundreds of franchisees that will become part of the system and you'll be able to compare yourself to them based on certain ratios, certain numbers and certain reporting mechanisms that we use. I mentioned max metrics and it's one of those ways that you can benchmark your success and see what, what areas are you doing good in, what areas could you improve in and make your business that much better? Because so hard to sometimes gauge yourself. If you go online and you ask people what they charge per hour, for example, you're getting numbers everywhere from 20 to 100. But it doesn't help you because you're not using the same business model as them, you're not using the same branding, you don't have the same website. So every single company is going to be different. Whereas when you have a franchisee group that you can go to, have all the reporting, have all the numbers and then be able to benchmark yourself against their success, that's what makes it it valuable. We're using this, we're stealing some of the ideas from Anytime Fitness, which I'm a franchisee of and I own one of their gyms. They have 4,500 locations. And this is one of the best things about them, is that they give us A scorecard every single month that basically says, hey, you're 100th out of the 4,500 locations in this particular reporting item. So, for example, like retention or for customer satisfaction or for total gross revenue. And so, you know, I know right now that we are 122nd out of the whole system for Anytime Fitness, our club that I run and I own. And so that's what's so valuable about the franchise because I know I'm overall 122, but I know in some areas I'm in the top 10. I know in some areas I'm like a thousandth, like I'm not doing very well. So those are the areas we can focus on and improve and really dedicate time to implementing the systems that they've created to make us more efficient and improve that area. And so again, that's one of the great things about being a franchisee is having the reporting, having the numbers. One of the things that we're working on right now, and I'm very much involved in right now, is actually developing our own proprietary software that we own. Like, this is not third party. We're not. I'm building this from scratch with developers and it's the pay for performance system that we. I've talked about so much on the podcast and alluded to, but now we're actually developing the software and it will be ready. Fingers crossed. By November 14th it will be. Don't worry. By November 14th we're gonna have it wrapped up and really working on phase two, which is gonna be even more really, really great. But right now we're creating the pay for performance software that will allow you to basically run the pay for performance compensation system for your franchise without needing an Excel spreadsheet and having to know all the formulas in the back end. It'll all be in the software. So all you need to do is punch in a couple numbers every day for each employee and. And it'll pop out the numbers that you need to put into their payroll. So very, very simple. Phase one is that kind of model. Phase two that we're going to be working on in the future for franchisees is actually making a database where it runs payroll for you. That's kind of the second phase. But right now, by November, we're going to have the. We've already purchased P4P system.com and we're going to be patenting that technology and that software and you get to use that as part of being a franchisee. The fourth reason I'm not hitting all the reasons, but the fourth main reason why you would want to become a franchisee and what you get as part of being a franchisee is time savings. And so really, the systems that you get as part of being a franchisor, a franchisee allows you to really, they're built to build the business to seven figures. Like, I'm not interested in franchisees making 100, 200,000 doll, because I know it's not a business that's a sellable asset. I know it's not a business that's built on systems and that can run without them. You know, the systems are in place to build the business past seven figures, past a million dollars in revenue. Maybe some people would want to stop at 7,800,000 because it fits their lifestyle or they like that size, they don't want any more employees. That's fine. We're not dictating that you go over a million. But like the systems that we're building and the systems that we're implementing are going to facilitate a business to get past a million dollars. And to do that, you can do a lot of trial and error figuring things out yourself, but by being a part of the franchise, you're gonna cut years, literally years off that learning curve and make sure that the first five, six, seven, eight years of your business are not just breaking even or losing money simply due to the fact that you're just trying to figure things out. And so right from the get go, you're gonna be using systems that are profitable, efficient. Things like the pay for performance system took us a long time to refine. I've been mulling this over in my mind for years. And even at conference last year, those of you that came, you heard me thinking about it as I was talking about culture and what it could do for you. But it's really been the past eight months that we've been solidly figuring out all the time trying to figure out the system for it, testing it, seeing where it works with other companies, getting a lot of feedback and moving things around and making the system perfect. You don't have to figure those things out. You can spend time on building your business instead of figuring out what systems work better. You know, what website design, what SEO, all of that stuff is what we take care of. And that's the advantage is the time savings that you would get and the confidence you get in the numbers and the profitability of your business so that you're not just guessing anymore. You actually know, okay, I'm doing really well in profitability or I'm doing really well in retention or I'm doing really, really good in the close ratio of my estimates. Instead of just guessing, you actually know your numbers and you have confidence in the direction that your business is going. So the drawback, obviously there's fees to becoming a part of a franchise. And so today we're gonna talk about, number one, we just talked about what you get for being a franchisee. Now we're gonna talk what are the costs involved? So there's a few different costs that are involved. Number one is the initial fee. And so that's for the first 10 franchisees, they're gonna be getting a discount of 50%. So usually this is gonna be $25,000. And we'll actually, the franchise, we will make money on that fee. We're cutting that in half and basically just gonna be covering our expenses to get franchisees up and rolling just for the first 10. So if you're listening to this in like December, January or into 2020 or beyond, like, this is not relevant anymore. If you're listening this right away, before November, and you're gonna be part of the first 10 franchisees, that's when the big discount is on. And that's going to cover a lot of things that we're going to talk about in just a second. But number two, the other fee is going to be recurring fees. And so that is going to be $600 per month for the first year, and it's going to be $1,200 per month for every month after the first year. So really it's $1,200 per month. And we have that set fee model for a lot of reasons. If you've watched the other videos, you know why I believe so much in having the same set fee instead of a royalty. If you don't know why, check out augustaloncareservices.com franchise. I have videos in there that explain why we're using this set fee model instead of charging you a percentage of your revenue as a fee. Because we want you to scale, we want you to grow. We want you to create a sellable asset instead of just a job that is making 2, 3, 400,000 in revenue. We want you to create a real business. And so the first 10 franchisees, the ones that joined by November 14th and are here for training on the 14th through the 16th, they are going to get zero fees until next June. So November, December, January, February, March, April, May, June, that's seven, eight months that they're going to get completely free. No fees whatsoever. June 2020, they'll start at $600 per month. My goal is that by June of 2020, that they've paid. That the franchise being part of the franchise has paid off the initial fee. Like it's paid for itself there. And it's also producing enough leads and deal flow that easily covers the $600 per month. And then obviously by a year after that, when it goes to $1,200 per month. My goal is definitely for it to be like a no brainer that like they are the revenues that they're getting, the training that they're getting, the marketing that they're getting, all the systems that they're using are well worth that money. And that's something that I really very passionate about as we go into the business.
So the first 10 franchisees, like I said, are getting no franchise monthly fees until June of 2020, only those first 10 other initial fees. So a lot of people are like, okay, what's the bottom dollar amount like I need to start a franchise? If you're part of the first 10 franchisees, it's gonna be cheaper. If you're listening to this later, it's going to be at least $30,000 to switch over. Because there's that $25,000 initial franchise fee. But let me break down the numbers. If you're listening to this more currently. So basically you got your $9,000 initial fee and then you got $1,000 per truck to convert. So if you're converting your brand, if you're mowing your lawns, doing landscaping right now under Bob's Lawn Care and you want to switch to Augusta Lawn Care, it's Gonna cost you $1,000 per truck. Okay. So if you have two trucks right now, it's gonna cost you $2,000 to get started. Cause you're gonna have to paint the truck and then put the decals on it. And we provide the decals, we provide the paint colors that you can go to your local Mako shop or Econo Paint or whatever and they'll paint the truck for you. But it costs about $1,000 to do that. Also. It's gonna cost you about $1,000 to travel here and have training here for three days. During that training period, we do a whole bunch of stuff. A lot of the time is spent on the sales system. A lot of time is spent on the pay for performance system. And then we also do actually go to live the Bellingham location. And you're able to see what the business should look like when you're making 12 plus million in revenue. And so that can kind of be the thing that you're always projecting towards and knowing what the business is going to look like. And so we spend a day there, we just go through every system how to go through a phone call, do the estimate, how do you process the automations and to follow up with those estimates to convert at a higher ratio. Lots of things that we go through all the systems, how to use the dashboard, how to use the pay for performance system software. How would like all of that is what we cover during those three days. More of that is on the website. What we cover last expense is going to be about $500, probably like some business cards, maybe some uniforms, things like that. So like bottom dollar line, like bottom line, if you're looking to switch your business over to Augusta lawn care and you're doing lawn care right now you have a landscaping business and you want to get to the next level, you need this, you know, you need the systems and the back end support to give you the numbers, the reporting, the systems that you need that to get to a million plus in revenue. If you're looking to switch over right now you're going to be looking about 12 to 15 thousand dollars as an investment. Bottom line now you will not be paying another dime until next June. So I want to remind you that my goal is that that 12 or 15,000 that takes for you to convert right now is well paid for by next June. And I mean well paid for in terms of like not just the value that you get. I mean like you're getting lead flow and deals coming from the website and from all the systems and the marketing that's being given to you that well pays for that 12 to 15,000. So if you're watching this right now and you, you know, within the next few weeks of me making this video, we still have assuming a couple spots open. If you watch this now, it's going to cost you about 12 to $15,000 to convert your existing business, your existing lawn care and landscape business into an Augusta lawn care franchise. There won't be any other fees. And our fdd I like I really raked over our lawyers over the Kohl's and even the franchisees that have joined so far, a lot of them in the process of getting them set up, I had to be kind of like hey, we have to put this in here, we have to put this in here. And recently as of like two days ago, I just had another discussion with our attorneys because I'm Taking out any fee I possibly can. So literally there's like no hidden stuff. The reason I'm doing this is because I got a little bit tired of anytime fitnesses. They have a franchise fee, but then there's all these other technology fees and then there's security fees and then.
Website fee and it just kept adding up and it kind of got annoying. And so I'm like, okay, we gotta make this as simple as possible. The monthly fee is all I want people to be paying, unless for some reason something bad is really happening or whatever it is. And so there's no other hidden fees or anything like that. It's the 1,200 bucks per month and that's all you should be paying. So again, if you're watching this right now and you're looking to switch your business from whatever lawn care landscaping company into the Augusta franchise, you're gonna be looking at 12 to $15,000. It's gonna be your initial fee. It's gonna be cost for a couple trucks to get converted, painted and labeled up with the decals. It's gonna include your travel fees for coming here and training. So you'll need to come here, get a rental car, maybe get a cheap motel nearby and then like some stationary, like business cards, uniforms, stuff like that. 12 to 15 grand is what you're gonna be looking at. That's gonna be the investment up front. Alright, so now I'm gonna go ahead and show you a breakdown of the value of the business and the franchise opportunity. Alright, so you can see up top is gonna be the upfront expenses that we're gonna talk about first. Then we'll talk about the monthly ongoing expenses. So upfront, the value, you can see on the left what you're getting, you can see on the right what the cost or the value would be if you went out and bought this yourself. Okay, so the website, we build that whole thing out for you, we customize it to your local area. That website, if you were out to go get a web designer, is gonna cost you at least, at least $6,000, alright? That's the value to you training and the systems that you get. We're gonna put $3,000 on it. And I'm really just assuming upfront is gonna be those days that you spend here. It's gonna be, I'm gonna be training that I'm gonna have my office staff and my, my managers, my estimators, they'll be coming and helping, but I'll be here the entire time giving you that training for three Days. We're going to Augusta. We'll take you down there and you know, taking care of you throughout that process. So that's gonna be the training, the systems, $3,000, the legal aspect, we take care of all the closing fees for you. So we have a group of attorneys out in New York that work with us to get you set up and signing and everything. And so we take care of all that. The reason there's a range on the cost there is because it depends which state you're in. If you're in one of 13 states.
12 states. There's 12 states that are. 13. Yeah, 13 states that you have to be registered for. It takes a little bit longer, a little more expensive. So that's where that range is there. But we cover all those legal leaves for you. You don't need to go another attorney, they're a third party attorney that will represent both of us and do the signing. The signing is super great. We do it over a conference call. It's super easy. Literally 10 to 15 minutes, they will send you the document, we're all on the phone together, the attorneys, you, me, and then they will have you fill out some things live on DocuSign, sign it, it then boots it over to me, I sign it and we're good to go. So very simple. They take care of all the legal aspect, all the documents, they, they take it to the fcc, take care of all that stuff. They do all the signings and it's fantastic. The software and templates, the value that we put that is 1899, so a little under two grand. And what you're getting for that is all of the automations that we built in Service Autopilot, all of the estimate templates that we built into Service Autopilot, all the documents, all the estimate templates, everything that we built in Service Autopilot, everything from like the link that you click on in like we built it so that when you click a certain link in an email, it's going to immediately send the office an email, it's going to make an alert and it's going to set them up for an estimate. And so all those things that we've built for the Service Autopilot you get access to. And so that's what we would usually have. I would have charged someone that much money to come here and get trained on all of our backend for Service Autopilot. So that's the value that you kind of get there. So the value up upfront is about 14 to 15, $16,000. That you get up front. Again, we're charging the nine, we're charging so 12,550% of $25,000 to get started up front. Okay, so then we got, let's see here, Ongoing expenses. So ongoing expenses, your SEO, your web SEO and design. So if you were to have an SEO firm go out and do the work that we do for you on a recurring basis, and that is constantly looking at split testing different things like the estimate request form, seeing where the contact information should be going, adding blog content, changing verbiage and keywords to make sure we're optimizing it for your local search engine. So all of that would usually cost you about 500 to $1,000 if you went and got an SEO firm and you can go price check that, you can go ask someone, call a local SEO company, call any SEO company and see what they're gonna charge you. If they are going to be constantly updating and that you're able to send them pictures or videos and then make updates and changes whenever you want, that's what's gonna run you 500 to $1,000 training. So this is like every single week there'll be new videos on how to use the systems, how to use the new marketing campaigns, how to make things more efficient, how to have those team meetings, all those trainings, we're just gonna assume what I did is I just what we charge for Pro plus by two. So for Pro plus right now we do two videos per month for training and two calls per year. I'm going to assume that the training.
Every single week will be multiple videos and there'll be a whole lot more hands on. And I have coaching calls on there too, because every single month you'll be getting on a phone call with me to do that coaching call. And so those are the values there. The P for P system, the software that we're building, you know, the value of that would be about $300 per month. That's what it takes for us to kind of keep that system alive in terms of not just developing, which we're going through now, but like even ongoing basis, that $300 that's value to you that you get. Again, those coaching calls are gonna be direct with myself and be able to see your max metrics, give comparisons, have the benchmarks in place, marketing design. So if you like, like that value that I put there, it's kind of a range because it kind of depends if you went out and hired a design firm or a marketing firm to design you Campaigns every month to design you door hangers and flyers and postcards for every spring and fall, and different types of services. Like, you'd be looking for at least that much money per month if you were to go out and hire that. I didn't include a dollar amount to the value, but. But huge amount of time savings and just the franchisees that are all in the same business model that can give you support. It's really priceless. But the value that is $1,900. 58, all the way up to $2,658 per month, and you're getting all of that for $1,200 per month. So that's the value compared to the price that you're having to pay. And that's where $1,200 a month is an absolute steal for all the things you're getting. It's an absolute incredible way to save time and a lot of headache trying to figure out things by yourself. And the bottom line, the franchise concept in general is like, I had to ask myself, if I had to build Augusta Lawn Care again, I had to do it all over again. How much faster would I be able to get to a million in revenue, how much more efficiently, how much more profitably would I have been able to figure out when I should add certain services, when I should add more trucks and actually do it much more scalable, much more profitable? And so that's really what I get to do as a franchisor is like, not only do I get a second location, I get to do it again and again and again and again. And all of a sudden, you start getting a very good pattern of the numbers, the systems that work, the systems that don't work, things that need to improve. And then that's why you can refine the business model to the point where, like Anytime Fitness, 4,500 locations later, the thing runs itself with some basic principles for me as the owner, right? And so that's the objective for Augusta, is to get it to that point. And. And literally, I was thinking years ago, if I got to do this again, just one time, a second Augusta Lawn Care, I would be so much faster to market, so much more efficient, so much more profitable. And so the goal is, after 100, 200 of these, we're gonna have this down to a perfect science. But even the second one, it's just gonna be enormous amounts of savings. And so what's in the future for Augusta? You know, as we get more franchisees, there's a lot of power that becomes behind the brand. So there's more brand equity that you get. Right now, not anyone, not everyone in the US knows who Augusta Long hair is. That would change as you get 3, 4, 500 franchisees. But more importantly, as we get more franchisees, we get flexibility to do more, offer more help to you as a franchisee. So like down the road, within the next couple years, I want to have a call center where when people call your phone number, it's routed to the call center and they can set you up for estimates. They can set you up, they can do payments for your customers, they can do customer complaints, they can do customer service stuff. And basically you as the franchisee would just pay for the time that you're using of the person that's in the call center. The advantage to that is twofold. Number one, if you're just starting out and you're getting the business started or you're small, you don't have enough money to hire a, a full time office person to answer phone calls live. You're literally taking them on your cell phone after you finish mowing a lawn. Whereas if you have the call center, it can come to the call center. They set you up live. They're talking just like they would if they were in your office. They know the Augusta system, they know everything about the marketing campaigns we're running. And so they'd be able to be very personable, know exactly. It wouldn't feel like a call center. They would know like they're calling Augusta Lawn Care. And so, so the call center is a huge proponent. I want to add within the next year or two. Second thing is as we add more franchisees, we'll get more buying power and have a co op where as a franchisee you can get bigger discounts from bigger brands, whether it be Echo or Steel or Honda or Exmark. These brands that want to become preferred vendors, I can say, look, I want you to be preferred vendor too, but I'm going to require you to give all our franchisees a 10% discount if they buy it through our website. And so that's a huge advantage. Huge advantages to like ordering marketing materials. You can go out and get 100 door hangers and probably pay 15, 20 cents per door hanger. If you order 20,000, 50,000 of them, it goes down to pennies. We're able to buy all of them and have that buying power if we have more and more franchisees. So as we build up with the number of franchisees, we can give a lot more buying power and add More support networks and support systems like the call center, where we can really improve the profitability and the systems of the franchise. And that you're not. Your fees will not go up. Like, we're not, you know, there's, there's nothing that we can like raise your fees off of 1200 if you, because you're being successful. Like, my goal is like, for the percentage of your revenue that's going to franchise fees to be as low as possible. In other words, your revenues are getting higher and your franchise fees are staying the same. And that's really the goal that we have behind Augusta. The mission behind Augusta is to change this industry and the level of professionalism in it. And I want to make working as a landscaper being looked at more as like an electrician or a plumber or a contractor by having levels of professionalism that we dictate in our individual markets as franchisees. So I could talk on my podcast all day long about it. I could have Pro plus all day long. But people don't implement stuff. The franchise is a way for us to do the same thing, have the same standards and levels of professionalism. That is going to put pressure on your individual markets for other landscapers to either conform and accept the higher levels of professionalism, the higher rates, no more low balling. They're either going to accept that or they're going to go out of business. And I do not cry over companies and landscapers who go out of business, who are doing things under the table, are not insured, have undocumented workers, are treating their employees like trash. I don't care if they go out of business. So by having a franchise in a market, my goal is to be able to impose that their competition either raise the bar or get out of business. And we've seen it in our local market, we've seen it with other students and Pro plus members, have implemented the systems. Now we're gonna able to really have a very good standard by which the whole industry can be affected. And so that's the goal, that's the why behind Augusta Lawn Care and what we're doing with the franchise. I would love for you to be part of the first 10. Not only is it going to be kind of bragging rights down the road, and you'll be able to mentor a lot of franchisees as we grow into hundreds of franchisees. But more importantly, you're getting a massive discount in upfront fees. So if you have an existing business, you're absolutely the prime candidate for who I'm looking for. I've now fielded over 280 phone calls of interested prospects for the franchise. And like I said, we've sold five, we have three that are about to sign and we have two open spots. So I'm very selective and in terms of like, I need you to know my content, know why we're doing having Augusta lawn care. I need you to know about lawn care, landscaping, and not be new and never have mowed a lawn in your life. You need to know that side so I can focus my time and your training time here on the systems, the business, the back end, the reporting, the numbers, the website stuff. That's what I want to be focused on and that's the things that are going to move the needle. So if you have an existing business and you're wanting to switch over and you can afford that 12 to $15,000 and I don't care, like if you got to pay for that and get like a six month loan, it doesn't matter because you're not paying any more fees till next June. So if you need to look at it like, like $2,000 a month, that's what you can look at for the next seven, eight months depending on when you're listening to this. And so I'd really love for you to join and be part of what we're doing here. I know it's going to become really big.
